Very disappointing experience.

I requested a refund and contacted customer service multiple times by email, but I have received absolutely no response. The lack of communication is frustrating and feels very unprofessional.

I would not recommend buying from this company unless they improve their customer support and after-sales service.

I am disappointed with this service(poor answer my question of product i bought.
. can't trust that they sell real products.

This company is forcibly removing honest reviews to manipulate their overall rating. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely unreachable. It’s clear they are trying to hide the truth through review manipulation.

If you’re thinking about doing B2B with this company, I strongly advise against it. My experience was extremely disappointing they sold me counterfeit products and refused to issue a refund once I discovered this.

Their entire process is inefficient and error-prone, from ordering to verifying product origin, communication, and follow-up. This raises serious concerns about either their competence or their honesty.

I cannot, under any circumstances, recommend working with this seller. They are unreliable and not fit for any long-term business partnership.

Selling Fake Products I bought an item thinking it was authentic, but it’s a clear counterfeit. The quality is terrible and it's definitely not the real deal. Save your money and do not buy from this site.

Buy a suit worth close to 1500 eur from them through Farfetch platform. The delivery was very fast but there’s a rip in the seams of the lining in the left sleeve:(( Common, with that price at least the seams should be more decent.

I have ordered a suit at DO that unfortunately doesn‘t fit me. I wanted to return it according to their return policy but unfortunately my mail got stuck in their spam-folder. So be aware of that possibility if you don‘t hear back. Since then, they have been very helpful and regularly in contact to make the return process as easy as possible.
