The team at DM did a great job. Very communicative and sale progression was excellent.

After a long and drawn out process for ourselves and our buyer, we finally exchanged and completed the week before last. I would particularly note the professionalism and support from Ann and Victoria who both kept us informed and politely chased the process with all involved parties.
It is a relief to be finally in our new home and we look forward to spending our first Christmas rediscovering possessions that have been boxed and waiting to be moved over a lengthy period of time.

DM & co we're really helpful and very professional. All the staff were polite and understanding throughout the whole process and in particular Victoria was a great help in completing sale.

From initial contact Ann worked tirelessly on helping us achieve the purchase of our “forever” home.
We had a few hiccups with the sale of our previous home, but Ann’s regular contact with us and her client allowed that bit of extra time to finalise our own deal.
The entire process from offer, offer accepted, exchange to complete took us just 8 weeks!
Yes the chain was short, but Ann took onboard all parties desire to move as quickly as possible….and helped make it happen.

Victoria and Julie have been amazing all the way through the purchase. It has been painful but through no fault of their own. I must have totally frustrated them to the max but nothing was to much for them. Absolutely amazing and lovely people to deal with.

Perfect experience selling my late mom’s lovely bungalow through D&M. From the valuation and exceptional marketing to the expertise and professionalism of Ann’s handling of its quick sale at its asking price. The management and communication of the chain to a successful completion is where most agencies tend to fail from my experience, but Ann and her team gave me complete confidence they were up to date with the current situation and their communication was superb! DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible.
From the first viewing to the date of completion took 12 weeks.
Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate.
