Rejection

DivideBuy said that "Unfortunately, based on the information that you have provided and the amount you have requested to borrow, we’re not able to offer you DivideBuy credit at this time."

"The annual amount must be greater than 0 characters."

I'm very disappointed with DivideBuy, I don't know why they rejected me to access to request loan. I had never problem with Klarna and Clearpay.

Good Service

Since I set up payments to DivideBuy they have been very helpful and professional. There was a hiccup at the beginning but that was rectified quickly and I haven't had any problems since. I like that I'm reminded a few days before the payment is taken.

Use them once, but won't ever again

Recently moved into a new home, and tried ordering Otty mattresses via DivideBuy plan. Kept getting failed payment because their systems recognised my new address to be different to one on an older order. So I chatted to them, they suggested at least 8-9 different troubleshooting steps including calling the bank, providing proof of address, a bank statement, trying other cards, browser reset etc. - nothing worked. Bank confirmed address had changed for everything, no issues there. Day 2 DivideBuy chat help tries same thing again, to no joy. Day 3, 72hrs later, address upadtes, and I can proceed to adding my card but now they reject my credit altogether quoting unknown reasons. When contacted chat they said my credit score was too poor, which is ridiculous because it is not! Nothing but dry, unapologetic apology from their online chatbot like human help. They have agents you do not want at the other end, because they will copy paste the script and website FAQs to you.

Very difficult to contact

This company seem unorganised. Difficult to reach , not responding to emails and no telephone contact . I hope they would look into this to save customers nightmares.
