Good company excellent product

Good company excellent product , just one small thing when you fill the form in when you put your address in using your postcode it comes up automatically on the form with your number in a box for the number but then puts your address in with the number in the address box , this then has you going round and round in circles eventually the chat not explained it to me but would be easier if they could rectify it as they obviously know about it , but apart from that very very good .

Order cancelled, multiple payments taken anyway

Placed an order with Emma for a new mattress. Used DivideBuy to spread the payments. All went very smoothly.

Until Emma turned out to be utterly incompetent (long delivery times; delivery cancelled) and I cancelled the order.

You would think they would refund my initial payment as quickly as they took it. Nope. But worse than that they’ve now taken the second payment. For an order I cancelled and never received.

They are hiding behind Emma saying “this is nothing to do with us: contact Emma”. Well, first, I did contact Emma. They don’t reply. And second, it’s a little bit about you as you’re the ones who are taking money out of my account. For an order I cancelled and never received.

So I had to complain to my bank. Who refunded the payment immediately while they investigate. So it turns out refunds can be processed very quickly. If the company wants to do it.

Straightforward and easy to use

Straightforward and easy to use. Would like to see an app though so I can keep an eye on my spending and balance next to my other similar apps. For that reason I’ve scored it 3*.

Some issues but great support got it sorted

I had some issues with processing down to having an old account I'd forgotten about, having recently moved and my card/bank details being different and various other issues. Support on live chat were great and quickly got it all sorted and now have a great 2 year 0% deal allowing me to get the stuff I wanted.

helpful staff

Worrying experience

The fact that your service won't work with adblocker, when every other financial institution I use has no issue with them. It makes me worried what it is you're wanting to access and/or send to my computer.

And then there was the issue with the 3d checks from my bank, with which it failed about 8 or 9 times, using both multiple cards directly and with them via Google pay, yet the bank had no knowledge of it being requested.

Took about 1½ hours with the help of someone from your support chat, who was really helpful, but it shouldn't have needed to get to that point.
