This process was easy from ordering to delivery. The guys that came to deliver were very friendly and smiley. It was a very hot day and they worked very hard. They removed two adjustable single beds and mattresses, brought in the new bed and assembled the bed and took the rubbish away.

The only small criticism I have was that I was not sent tracking or delivery information. It was only when I asked in a message that I was told. Having said that the delivery was very quick and on a Sunday. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

Great company to buy a bed from, free material swatches, then ordered bed last week it arrived today, good quality product well wrapped and delivered by two friendly men who carried it up stairs to a room of my choice. Cant fault Excellent

The most straight forward easy purchase from start to finish. The bed was a good price. The communication was on point. From confirmation email, to delivery day and time slot. The 2 couriers were amazing and friendly and went above and beyond. So friendly. The bed is lovely and I will most definitely be using the company for all future purchases. Highly recommend 👌. Bought a divan bed with truckle with Worcester mattresses. Excellent product. Delivery experience could've been better. However the two gents who eventually made the delivery could not have been better. One star deducted for a) lack of clarity on website when ordering. No indication of extended delivery time because I live in central Scotland, b) lack in of updates in a timely manner after first failed delivery. Delivery team saved you. Thanks guys

Ordering was a breeze, was perfect exactly what I ordered.

the bed came on time, however. the colour is not at all what’s seen and advertised on the website. i ordered a bed of what looked like a forest green. and got a bright emerald green. never understand why people misadvertise their products. maybe because they have this stock already and know not many would want this colour…

whatever the name is. that’s not the point. it’s that in the displayed image — the colour of the bed looks so different from the actual bed. please, display what your products looks like accurately

Absolutely nothing bad to say about the bed, delivery, the delivery drivers or the delivery time. Even though it was quite late when they managed to get all the way to my house they still tried there hardest to provide brillaint customer service and generally just being kind polite and funny. the quality of the bed brillaint it is everything I wanted. The price is extremely affordable considering the horrific prices of beds these days. Absolutely brilliant company definitely will be recommending to friends and family

The quality of the bed divan we purchased is fantastic! Coupled with the fact that there is a choice of ordering it with continental drawers, this makes the divan the perfect choice for anyone who has bedside cabinet (I can still open the drawers without moving the bedside cabinet!).
The customer services have been extremely helpful.
