Despite traffic delays, these delivery guys delivered my bed at 9pm and arrived with a smile and were happy to be of assistance. Two deliveries to go then a 180 mile drive home. That’s what I call dedicated.

Kept informed of delivery times. Was given slot of 11 til 3, then that changed to 4 to 4.30, was finally delivered at 5.45, which is why I've given 4 stars. If I had taken a day off for delivery of it it would have been a 3 star. Very polite delivery staff.

I had such a great experience with this bed company. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The team not only delivered the bed on time but also took the extra step of helping move it into the house and setting it up exactly where I wanted it. They worked quickly and efficiently, all while being polite and cheerful, which made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and I really appreciate the effort they put in. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with these guys! From the moment I placed my order for my bed and mattress, I couldn’t be happier. The delivery was just two days later, and I couldn’t ask for anything better.

The team was incredibly helpful, taking care of everything from removing my old bed and mattress to setting up my new one. Even though the headboard (which has glass) was slightly damaged during transit, Divan Factory was so responsive that they sent me a brand-new one right away.

And let me tell you about the delivery team! They were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and friendly, even though it was late in the evening. They had nothing but good things to say and even had smiles on their faces.

I’ve heard some people say that there have been contact issues, but I haven’t had that experience at all. They’ve responded to every message or call I’ve made.

I would highly recommend ordering from here. You won’t be disappointed!

Notified of the delivery date in advance and called on the day when enroute.
Very pleased with the bed and trundle. Headboard included in price which was a bonus.

I've had one of the worst experiences with this delivery in my life. I had to open a PayPal claim in order to get a refund. Lots of time and energy wasted. They kept on promissing a delivery, missing that delivery date, coming up with excuses and never calling back.

For the money I paid, I am super happy with the product

Very strange. Despite the good reviews, my bed hasnt been delivered and none of the contact nos will answer, so as far as i am concerned customer services is non-existent.

I am generally quite pleased with my new bed it is nice and isn't wobbly at all, just what I ordered. The headboard is lovely and supportive. The only complaint I have with it is that it does tend to bend in the middle slightly and generally doesn't feel quite as sturdy as what was promised but it's still quite good.

The customer support was some of the best I've seen, very quick responses to any issues raised and a nice delivery driver.

Tried to contact them via Email, phone, whatsapp (every contact method on their website), but no reply.

Received bed after submitting refund complaint through bank (not sure if this what made them deliver the bed)
However, none of the comapny contact methods were replying

Great no nonsense service. Single bed was lightweight. beautifully upholstered in a vibrant purple, and delivered on the day the arranged day. Text communication was productive with both the DFO and the delivery drivers.

I had a very awesome experience with this company. After choosing the bed base I couldn't decide the material colour so I asked for some swatches that were sent really quickly. Finally I decided the colour after a lot of deliberating. Then we had an issue with how high the headboard should be but I was able to message the company and give the specific height I required. This was so helpful. The bed was then delivered on the Tues, 3 days later. It arrived very well packaged and the bed looks amazing. The colour is a perfect match. The company gave me an extremely efficient service. I'm one happy customer who would definitely recommend this company.

Did not advise delivery date and time, came home to find the mattress left outside on my drive so wasn't very happy. Mattress itself good quality for the price.
