Owner is rude and after a month still haven’t received my merchandise. Received multiple usps tracking numbers, but none of the supposed packages ever left the company’s location. Emailed and called multiple times and every time owner was angry/rude/curt and yelled that my order was shipping at the end of that week. Even told the last time we spoke that my package was shipping from Florida (third tracking number?), but didn’t have a new tracking number for me. Stay away from this scammer!

I order the grip from 9/24/2022 and never get the shipment for 10/15/2022. They gave me the tracking number but never delivered to usps. Don’t buy anything from this discountgolfco.com it is very bad experience.

SCAM Advertising. Showed four dozen Callaway white e6 golf balls with free shipping and a 20% discount and shipped two dozen. After numerous calls, the manager offered to send them if I wrote a good review (coercion for sure). The place should be fined and/or closed down

I was looking for specific golf gloves. They were one of the few companies that had them in stock, and their price was the lowest of the websites. It took about 10 days for the to ship them, but they arrived and were exactly what I ordered.

Don't buy anything from them! I ordered golf gloves from them and they never arrived. I emailed them a number of times and they provided excuses and incorrect tracking numbers. I asked for a refund twice and they never provided it. If you look through the Google reviews, this is a very common practice of theirs and also why they have an F rating from the BBB.

I ordered from discountgolfco and had nothing but a positive experience. I had called because I never received a confirmation e-mail. I called a couple mornings later and was told it must have been a mistake and I would have that e-mail confirmation later that day. Later that day the e-mail was received just like they said and with in a couple days my order was shipped. I will definitely be using this company for all my grip needs. I can’t believe all the negative reviews. It’s a damn shame to be honest. I appreciate discountgolfco and all there hard work and dedication.

Company is a joke. I ordered golf grips and it took 2 months for them to ship them and i never got an order confirmation or any updates. I had order grips from another company since I didn't get any response from them. Then when they arrived I told them I don't want them and send me a return label. They ignored me on my first emails then said call this number which i did. they told me they sent a different brand because the other was out of stock. I told them I don't need them and didn't want the different brand. All want is my money back. He then said go to any golf store and sell my grips to them they will buy them. What kind of customer service is that!! I said no I'm going to drive around and try to sell these. All I want is my money back which they claim free returns. I said I am returning the grips they are only 35 miles from my house. I never got a refund.  The owner,Joe, said they never got them back. I opened a case with BBB and they said this is not a reputable company and they just recently changed their name. He said they won't respond to BBB requests. I also filed a complaint with consumers affairs office of Illinois. waiting on that.

Scam, Not a Legit company. If you look them up on BBB you will see all the complaints and low rating. I order grips over a month ago after they claim they have them in stock. I have emailed, I have tried calling. They did respond at first, but of course have no longer responded and Never got my grips. Beware, stay away. Fraud!!!!

I believe I've become another customer getting shafted. Ordered grips that were stated as in stock (still says they're in stock). That was 64 days ago. I've inquired weekly and the response was something about Golf Pride is behind on deliveries. Apr 18th I inquired again and was told they were shipped. Still waiting.
I'll pull this down if they arrive. I have my doubts at this point.

I must say the people I spoke to I believe it was Joe was extremely helpful in finding me my Winn Putter Grips that NONE of the big chain stores had in stock. They shipped them out within 72hrs as promised for a great price I couldn’t get anywhere else. I would definitely order from this company again. Keep up the great work. Ty EH …

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and don’t ship the product for weeks on end. Terrible communication. Avoid at all cost.

Returned my phone call. Answered my questions. Provided the best price on line. Delivered my order very quickly. I will do business with this company again.

I ordered (and paid for) eight Dri-Tac Lite grips online from this company on 11/22/21. Per their website, the grips were in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days. That was a lie. When I contacted them about 10 days later I was told the grips were sitting on a barge waiting to be unloaded, and that they would be shipped to me the following week. That was a lie. I contacted them again two weeks later and was told there'd been a delay, but they would be available to ship the following week. I then requested a refund, which they refused, but was told they could ship me the regular Dri-Tac grips that day. I told them I would continue to wait for the grips I ordered. After two more weeks (and several emails/phone calls later) I was told the Dri-Tac Lites were in high demand and would not be available for several weeks. Even so, they again refused to refund my money, so I settled for the regular grips just to put an end to the ordeal. They were delivered on 1/10/22. So basically, they took my money for a product they didn't have and couldn't get, and refused to give it back. They're rude and dishonest and I strongly advise not getting involved with them.

Stay away from this company. Discountgolfco.com, Western Golf and Golfers Edge are all the same company. They advertise as PGA Professionals, but they commit fraudulent practices. They will advertise a product, take your money, then never deliver the product or refund your money. Order at your own risk.
