I ordered 14 Golf Pride Tour Velvet Golf Grips on February 27, 2023. My credit card was charged at the time I placed my order. Two weeks later, I contacted the seller and was told my grips were being procerssed. Three weeks later, no grips were delivered. I placed my order for these grips through another company and had the grips in three days. I'm not sure if this is even a real company. My advise is to stay away.

Ordered golf grips. Never shipped. This site is a fraud. Finally got all my money back thru my credit card.

this guy is a scammer. There is no company. I called them and the dude said, "I cannot talk now." He then called me at 10 pm at night.

Never got merch. Ordered on Jan 5, they keep telling me it's shipped, but no grips. Buyer beware. Read all the reviews.

Horrible experience. Scammer. Do not purchase form this company.

Took my money, did not deliver any thing, lied to stall, made shipping labels but did still not deliver. Became rude when pressed. After 6 weeks this is a loss. Believe the other negative reviews, they are all pretty much my story too. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order for a izzo swami 6000 gps and some tees back in nov 22 called regarding a tracking number and was told gps on back order would be in the next 7/10 days. called a week later got the same story. on dec 22 got a tracking number but no shipping date, i have called e-mailed text several times only to get different story it will ship from fla then from nyc. bottom line it is now jan 11 and no ship date.this is a scam.

I ordered a putter grip and was sent the wrong item. Instead of making things better, little joe fought tooth and nail NOT to refund me for his mistake. Little joe is not too bright. The company refund policy is posted and they don't stick by it. A really sad company.

My horrible experience started on Nov. 29. The website says "orders shipped in 2-3 days. After 5 days I called, Joe, who is a horrible person, said their shipping timeline is 5-15 days. After several more days, I called again, Joe said he just got the product in and my order has been expedited. When I started questioning his service and the status of my order, he became verbally abusive and insulting to me. After several more days, I called and emailed. Joe responded with more lies and insults. He said my order was shipping tomorrow. He sent a tracking number. The tracking said it was labeled, in Illinois, but not given to USPS. After 10 days, it still hadn't shipped. 1st he said it was shipping from Illinois, then his warehouse in Florida, then from New York. I finally asked for proof that he had the part and it would ship the next day or I would report him the the local Illinois Police and the FBI as an internet scam. His response, on Dec 29, was that my order was cancelled. I had contacted the BBB a couple weeks earlier. When they contacted Joe, he told them I threatened him and he didn't know why I would do that. He told the BBB that he refunded my order on January 3. Another lie. As of Jan 11 he still hasn't refunded my order.

I ordered some Bridgestone golf gloves from the Discount Golf Company (discountgolfco.com). After several weeks I still had not received the gloves so I contacted them by email. They responded saying that the gloves ship directly from the manufacturer and that they have no control over when they will arrive. After two more weeks I still had not received the gloves so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a credit for the charge.

A few days later Joe from Discount Golf Company called me offering to give me a discount card on my next order. I refused and told him that I had already disputed the charge and was not interested in a discount card. He pulled up my order and made some excuses about how long it takes to send items to California. I told him I’m not interested in doing business with him anymore and he started being very verbally abusive. He even repeatedly called me the N word until I just hung up. It’s hard to believe this guy is still in business. Just remember if you ordered anything from them you can easily dispute the charge by calling your credit card company.

HORRIBLE!! I placed order on 12/5. It’s now 1/3 and still have not received. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every one of my concerns is met with curt, apathetic responses. This business should be dissolved ASAP!

I’ve read many of the reviews on this site for D.G.C.. I feel like I dodged a bullet. My experience was similar to many. Prices were excellent on the Winn grips I use so I ordered. Just over a month later I received the second shipment. Perhaps their dealing with supply chain issues but can’t in good faith give a good review based I my purchase.

Placed order for a Swami GPS. Two months later the gps hasn’t arrived. When I called to cancel the order the person on the phone replied with multiple F bombs. Said that they cancelled the order and would issue a refund. Nearly a month later still no refund. This company is a SCAM.

This has been the worst experience ever dealing with a total scam. If you order from this so called (company) you have just donated that money to his cause. A thousand excuses but no product will be sent.

Placed order for 13 grips and grip tape. Received 8 grips and no tape. Sent email and they said the remaining 5 grips will ship in a week. 10 days later received the 5 grips and still no grip tape and to top it off it came postage due of $6.35. Tried to get the $6.35 refunded and nothing but crickets. Please avoid the tempting good prices on this site.

Well, after a heated back and forth with Joe which got really ugly and unprofessional as I mentioned in my last review and reporting the company for mail fraud to the USPS and BBB. I finally got my winn grips I ordered. I
paid for 12 grips and they sent me 8. What a joke. I immediately sent a email to the company and again Joe responded that the other 4 grips would be sent in the next allotment. What the heck does that mean? He called me and I refused to take this ignorant fool call. Well 2 weeks later here comes the other 4 grips. I could not believe it because the experience has been so horrible and so many lies have been told I just could not believe they was going to make good on the last 4 grips. I sent a email letting the know that I received the last 4 grips and that my dealing with them is totally over, done and I DO NOT recommend this company for anyone to deal with. I was one of the lucky ones. I suggest putting in a fraud complaint with the USPS you can do it on line all you need is your tracking number. I do believe that if the USPS see enough of these complaints that they will move in on discount golf co.
You can also file a complaint with the consumer protection agency. I did not get to them but they were next on my list to complain to. Best of luck and I hope you get your merchandise that you paid for.

This business is a fraud and won't deliver the grips that were paid for in full nor will he give me my money back. He just thinks he can keep my money and not give me my grips. He is a thief and a crook. Do NOT believe any of his lies because thats all he gives. I have five separate emails where he promised the grips were going out that day. And every time, nothing was shipped. He needs to be in jail.

I ordered my grips on September the 28, 2022. It is now 11/7/22, and I have not received any grips. I have had multiple communications with them stating it was shipped. Tracking number states a label was recreated with no product from USPS. I am so frustrated with them. They have lied multiple times concerning shipment. I have asked for a refund, and I will be contacting PayPal for my refund. I will no longer be ordering from this website.

Price seemed good so I ordered in stock winn grips. Discount Golf Company claims all orders processed and shipped in one to two days....that was a lie. They also state all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail......again a lie.

Mt order was placed on 10/25/2022. It is now 11/5/2022 and order has not been received, have had NO communication for them and USPS tracking only shows label created.

This company misrepresents itself on so many levels, I would strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with them. They have many horrible reviews, so it's my own fault, but fool me one shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
