I ordered golf grips from this company back in June, and they charged my credit card immediately. I began inquiring about the order approximately 1 month later and was told they would be shipping soon. Company states that orders are processed in 3-5 business days and up to 10 more days to ship. I started receiving shipping confirmation emails 3 weeks ago and the tracking number is invalid. I have been waiting 3+ months for my order and still haven't received it. I finally said I wanted a refund and tried calling them. Joe answers the phone and starts ranting when I expressed my displeasure with the company and my order. Joe went on about don't listen to MSNBC, and that I haven't received emails from an employee named Sarah C. regarding inquires about my order, I have 14 between she and I.
During this whole process I have received no less than 2 certificates for $25 off my next purchase for the inconvenience this has caused. I will not be using that discount because I will never order from this company again. Beware I'm not the only person who has had the exact same issue, learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

the owner's nasty attitude
The person who answer the phone I believe he is the owner was so rude and cursed at me and my daughter.
I ordered golf grips 1 week ago but haven't heard nothing or received no email. so I left message when I would receive my order and the person returned a call with nasty attitude.
He complained about the shortage of the supplies and cursed at the China and that person's final step saying "GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY" to me . I am not even Chinese. He might think I am Chinese because My last name is From Korea.
He is crazy and me and my daughter couldn't understand why he acted and talked like that to customer.
It was so horrible experience and hope his business gets closed permanently. And never run business like that.
A lunatic in charge
At least I avoided the "no ship' and "partial ship" issues, and the prices were good. That's the reason for two stars. The manager "Joe" is a full-scale lunatic, however. After I placed my order, I (too late) noticed all the negative reviews and grew concerned. I placed a call and spoke to Joe. He assured me the order would ship. The next day, out of concern, I emailed a note to the company stating I would like the order to be canceled if it did not ship out asap. Joe sent me 3 separate emails asking me "what's the issue?" and then called me a "bottom feeder" because of my small order. When I noticed the order was actually in the mail, I emailed him to say thanks and offered a suggestion on how to cut down on customer complaints. I stated that I spent 30 years as a materials manager for a hospital, just as a qualifier. Joe called me at home and ripped into me stating he was going to delete my suggestion and called me names again! I hung up the phone as he was unloading on me! He then called my landline 3 more times and left crazy personal assaults and ramblings! Who does that?!! It is painfully obvious that this "company" needs to make serious changes. They have a BBB rating of "F" There are more one-star reviews against them than I have ever seen against any other company, yet "Joe" persists in lashing out at the customers! Talk about denial...

Absolute worst place you could order from. Been 6 weeks since I ordered some club grips. Emailed them several times they keep Telling it will be shipped soon. Never received anything Ask for refund with zero response. Stay far away. These people are scam artists.
4 months, no success
Placed 3 separate orders: 1) 13 winn grips. They only sent 10 and had to wait 3 more weeks for the rest. 2) Ordered a calloway rangefinder. After 4 months and in excess of 25 phone calls, I called Calloway. This company does not even have an account with IZZO, the range finder division. 3) Ordered 16 grips, only received 13. Had to wait another month to receive the remaining 3 grips. If you have PLENTY of time to wait, he finally comes through, but not so much on the range finder. I have spoke with Joe over 25 times. He always has an answer, but really can't be trusted. Sorry, Joe, I tried!

Sent them several e-mails after 2 weeks of not hearing anything about order. Received one email telling me items had been shipped and another telling items should arrive by weeks end.
Sent a follow up email and was informed that item would soon ship from Fla warehouse.
Got suspicious and looked up reviews of company on line. Seems alot of other customers have had the same problems with this company.
Gave up and filed a dispute with my CC company.
Will never do business with them and STRONGLY advise anyone else not to buy from them

I ordered Winn grips on May 13.... never received a confirmation email ... I emailed company after 6, 12 , 17, 24 & 31 days, each with the same response that shipping takes 7 -10 days . I asked for a tracking number, and they sent one, which was not valid ... I spoke with a guy on the phone who complained about government in the USA, but couldn't help me get my grips ... I went thru Chase and they refunded my purchase ... DO NOT do business with this company .. unfortunately , giving 0 stars was not an option .... this company is awful !!!

Really not certain how this company remains in business. 16 days after ordering still no update and UPS tracking number says label created.
Called my credit card provider 6/9/23 and they reversed charges. With so many legitimate, quality companies online there is absolutely no reason to shop with Golf Discount Co.
After not receiving an order confirmation (was fortunate not to close browser after ordering) I called twice on two separate occasions and tried to be nice. The gentleman on the other end was grumpy and curt. On the first call he blamed Shopify. When I called the second time and asked if the Shopify problem was corrected he said “there is no Shopify problem.”
Avoid this one if you actually want to see your order. I could have received the 13 grips I ordered well over a week ago.

On April 18th 2023 I ordered 13 winn grips dritac lite standard size. I got an order confirmation but after 2 weeks I had heard nothing and I emailed and got a response right away saying the order was being put together and then a bunch of excuses why it was taking so long. I decided to wait till May 17th to call and I got a hold of the owner, I guess, he said they were being shipped out of Florida at that time. I have not heard anything until today I finally called and texted and got a response... He was making all sorts of excuses and said they were being shipped today and I said BS, which I shouldn't have said,he told me to not swear at him. We had another phone conversation and he used a lot worse words than BS to me, basically called me a bottom feeder on a text message and I told him I was canceling the order ..I would not accept the delivery.. said he'd sent me a USPS tracking number but it shows no label has been created. He called back several times ..I talked to him once again and then I hung up on him and blocked his call and told him in a text that I was canceling with my Bank visa card. He also told me that he would call the police for text and call harassment that's when I hung up.
My fault was that the price seemed really good and as we all know if it seems too good to be true it probably is.
I have filed my complaint with my bank / Visa card.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I just got told off by the owner because I repeatedly asked for shipping information. I am appalled at the way this man spoke to me. A few weeks ago I told them to cancel my order because it hadn’t shipped in 3 weeks. They told me “supply chain issues “ and it would ship soon. Please be patient. Ok, I wait another 2 weeks, nothing. I send an email asking for shipping info… “it shipped yesterday.” I wait a week… nothing. I email AGAIN. “It’s shipping today.” Nothing. I emAil to tell them I’m calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. They reply, it shipped this morning and they added something for my patience. I don’t believe then so I call him. He yells at me telling me he doesn’t work on Saturday (but he answered the phone and sent an email). He then proceeds to SCREAM AT ME CALLING ME A LIBTARD. (????) Presumably because I live in Delaware where Biden is from. He continues to rant about Trump and how Biden and the libtards are ruining the country. I JUST WANT MY PRODUCT!!! He berated me and when I said I was going to take this to social media, he said he would ruin me. It was scary. He rambled on and on about a lot of stuff that made no sense. I tried to calm him down because I was seriously worried that he might retaliate against me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Joe, the Discount Golf Mgr, worked with me to get my order processed quickly. My order got delayed due to weather shipping delays, but Joe kept me updated. And, he sent us 6 additional golf grips due to the delay. Great prices on Winn golf grips. The Winn Dri-Tac golf grips new for 2021 are excellent grips.
