Worst experience of my life and it's not even over
Used direct connect 3 times. This last time was the worst experience of my life. I'm still trying to fight for the $18k worth of damage done to my car and direct connect, specifically Marc, told me to "f*** off" his words. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.

They were on time for pick up and delivery as promised. I arrived at my planned location a couple days late and they held my car for my arrival and delivered it to a location I chose. I would definitely use them again
