Communication breakdown between DC, Carrier and Seller

It was very easy to schedule the pickup. The driver was there on time and delivered the car a day early. The communication from Direct Connect was terrific. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Initially, there was a small problem with the scheduled date but then it was sorted out by Kristen. Thank you very much for a safe delivery of my car.

Thank you for transporting my 1962 Corvair on an open trailer with no damage.
Only down side is that I requested an enclosed trailer and open showed up on pickup day and I had no choice but to cross my fingers and hope my new car would not get damaged on the trip from Colorado to California.

This company was great in every sense of the word! I was out of town at the time I required the services and had no way of paying the company where my car was located and Direct Connect made it happen! The driver paid my fee and they just deducted from my debit card. The customer service girl that took my call was with me in every step of the way.....literally she would call or text if needed. The driver Hector also called me in every step of the way even when he was going to be a couple minutes late because of traffic in Phoenix. Overall I was Leary because I had never used this type of service before but if in the future I need to I will definitely use them again!!! ❤️

They were excellent! My car was picked up from MD to-be transported to Atlanta during hurricane Florance. Inspite of all of the bad weather, my car arrived within 2 days!

I done a quote online for a little over $1,000 I called up and talk to Elizabeth which bumped it up to a little over 1400 they assured that my car would be picked up and delivered two weeks went by no phone call no messages no nothing and no car I do not recommend this company to anyone very unsatisfied and very unprofessional
