One of our best choices in 2025 was to select DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT, Inc., to ship our car from Florida to California. We have never shipped a vehicle and were 1000% clueless about the process. We filled out an online form seeking companies and, unbeknownst to us, learned this was mistake #1. We received her 50 replies via email, texting, and phone calls, offering their business with a few giving quotes. Of the first ten, there were offers from $500 to $800, all reasonable and too good to be true. I contacted the $500 offer and became suspicious when he wanted me to cashApp the $150 deposit to his mobile number. When I first requested the paperwork to sign, he responded the paperwork came after the deposit commitment: Hah! NOT!! That company and others stalked me virtually. I decided to look up each company on BBB and read reviews on Google, Reddit, and Yelp. I selected the top 3 companies meeting all our criteria: BBB accredited, rated, and overall reviews averaging 4.50-5.00. I first called Direct Connect Auto, and Miss Kristen D, who answered the call, was courteous, friendly, professional, and very caring! She patiently answered our questions, explaining the process to us. She quoted us $1200 for door-to-door insured delivery and emailed the paperwork to allow us to review the offer. This type of professionalism was what we sought, where we signed the contract, paid the deposit, and confirmed arrangements. Transporting a car across the US for $500 was ridiculously suspicious. After reading the review and others, we learned that scammers demanded much higher payments at pickup and/or dropoff sites. DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT is the real deal! RUN as fast as possible to book this company as they are honest and efficient and pick up and deliver when they say! Excellent customer service from Kristen D is unmatched. Its accurate pickup and delivery dates/times made life easy! DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT "ROCKS"!! KUDOS and BBB's A+ rating is very True!

Love it. They're amazing. My car is still in tact after over 2000 miles of rough mountain roads and severe midwest weather!! I can't beleive it.

This company likes to harrass people who call for a quote. They will not stop calling you no matter how many times you ask to be taken off call list. They are the lowest forms of life and after reading the lowest reviews on Google I'm so glad I didn't do business with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst experience ever! Mark R. lied to me every time I talked to him for almost two weeks and kept promising that my vehicle would be picked up the next day. Car will now arrive one week after required. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

What a wonderful experience. Special mention to Kristen, Maria,and Becky. They are wonderful people and so helpful. Our transport company was Romero transport company and the driver Pedro was just wonderful. Stayed in touch with us every step of the way. Definitely use this company. 10 STARS! Thank YOU!

This was a great experience from start to finish! Getting a quote online was quick and easy. The representative, Richard, was very helpful and got me scheduled right away. My car was picked up 2 days after I accepted the quote, and delivered as promised 2 days later. The driver kept in contact with me and was very friendly and trustworthy.

Told them 3x to stop calling me they won't stop harassing me for a transport I don't want... a quote doesn't mean u want to be called a dozen times a month...

Hired them to transport my 2012 F250 from CA to NY, was told they would deliver it Friday night by the driver then he never showed up, waited around all weekend for him but he kept telling me tomorrow. Then finally got the truck delivered on Monday it was filthy. On Tuesday I got the truck cleaned and realized they had covered up a ton of scratches they put into the truck with spray paint!! Couldn’t tell when the truck was dirty but as soon as it was clean it was obvious!!! Contacted Priscilla D..

And was assured that they would make it right, over a month has passed with empty promises and no action on there part. I moved back to NY to help my family with my mother’s estate (she passed away unexpectedly at 59) and really don’t have the time or patience to deal with this mess but looks like I will be forced to hire a lawyer because they have done nothing to this point!! Would never use them again terrible service!!!!

I received a call from Kristen almost immediately after contacting direct connection, and after days of going back and forth with RoadRunner Auto Transport and other auto transportation services. I immediately felt this feeling of relief, a real person to talk to, and a direct one at that! I had questions about how secure their services were, and her knowledge of the company was impressive. She called with specific instructions, and helped me get my vehicle picked up within hours of her initial call! Extremely efficient and profession. Very excited to leave this review, because I honestly don’t know if the vehicle would have been shipped if it wasn’t for her! Thank you Kristen! You are a rockstar! If anyone reading is contemplating, this is the way to go! I immediately made the switch!

Excellent experience shipping my car across the country. The trucker was able to pick my car up and deliver it even earlier than promised, and he kept in good communication with me throughout. Thank you

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Talked to Tammy, she quoted one price and then claimed that the truck company wanted more money. She asked if I wanted her to find another driver or cancel the order. I explicitly(in email) told her to cancel the order. She then sends me another e-mail saying a driver would pick it up. I told her no, i was canceling it and then she sends me to a real piece of work, Mark. He was a rude, sexist pig who told me he wanted to talk to my husband instead of me even though I made the order. He said they would be keeping a $200 dollar fee. But my husband is an attorney and I told Mark to go screw himself and we got the money back. DO NOT USE THEM ITS A SCAM.

They are a bunch of Jack Asses. My account was debited before I told them I would contact the company. They took it upon themselves to want to pick the auto up when they wanted to. They never return calls. I don't know about thes so- called reviews, but don't fall into the trap. Not worth dealing with.

Really happy with direct connect auto transport. Had my car moved in very good time. Both customer service (Madeline) and the driver (Danny) were very helpful and professional, and handled everything well. I would definitely recommend them!!
