Before signing the agreement I was in conversations with a Rep via email, whom helped me change a few things that were wrong. Then I noticed the pick up date was later than I anticipated. I mentioned this twice to the Rep and she replied with a rude email, which dismissed my concern. I let her know since she wasn't willing to help me I'd want a refund for the deposit. I have also called and spoke with someone who was suppose to call me back. I haven't received a phone call yet.

I called Stateway Auto Transport today and have scheduled everything. It was so easy, and the guy helping was nice and helpful. Totally different experience than the one I am having with Direct Connect.

We are still in the initial stages of our transaction. So far Direct Connection has been helpful, quick to respond and helpful.

Easy transaction, Kristen @ Direct Connect was super helpful and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly. The driver (Michael of K1 Transport, Arvada, CO) delivered ahead of schedule and was totally professional and personable.

If you like surprises, this might be the company for you.
The quoted price was altered twice, with the final tally being 45% above the initial quote.
The vehicle was delivered 4 days late.
Without intervention, the car would have been dropped off 35 miles from the requested location - essentially in the middle of no where!

I hired Direct Auto Transport to pick up a pickup truck in Colorado and Deliver it to Missouri, about a 1200-mile trip at max. Marc Richards from Direct Auto Transport took on the job and assured me there would be no problems at all. They emailed me an order to e-sign and told me the dates the truck would be picked up and delivered and told me not to worry. The day of the delivery, the truck never showed up and when I finally got a hold of I Marc from DAT (which btw. he never picked up until I called his office in FL. and then lied about getting back to me.) he told me that the truck had not even been picked up and if I had another transport company to go ahead and hire them as if that would be so difficult? maybe for him... So, they lied about picking up the truck on time, they burned through the time I had to get the truck out of CO. never called to let me know what was going on, so in a nut shell everything you wouldn't want to happen with this kind of transaction did.
The worst thing is always the lack of communication and the disregard for the customers financial liabilities, DAT knew that I would start incurring storage fees at a certain date and since they never even called me back to this day, tells you just how much they even cared.
Go with someone else.

After an initial quote of $1482 to ship our car from Fairbanks, Alaska to Surprise, Arizona, the amount continued to rise by steps to more than $3000 as we had several conversations and emails with a pleasant and very patient customer service representative. After consultation we decided not to ship the car due to medical reasons and the uncertainty of when the car would be shipped. The paperwork from the Alaska Auto Transport states that is may take a week or more for them to secure a full truckload prior to shipping. We were informed at the beginning that no money would leave our account until we signed a formal contract. We never signed any document. When we informed the same customer service representative of our desire to not to use their service, cancellation fees were not mentioned. However $200 was immediately charged to our credit card without our knowledge. After a week of daily phone calls requesting to speak with a supervisor, we received one voice mail from Bob. After several more tries, we have not received any communication. We just feel robbed of $200.

Elizabeth Correa was fantastic! She was very easy to work with and was available whenever I had questions. I would use Direct Connect Auto Transport again.

The service was efficient, pleasantly rendered, affordable, and professional.

Direct Connect Auto transport is the best!! The process is efficient, clean and professional as it should be. This is my third transport, no complaints.

They were prompt in answering questions. We’re supposed to hear from them again next week to finalize the route and pick up.
