Great choice of Gaming PC’s
Great choice of Gaming PC’s, plus options to upgrade. Just had mine nearly a week, a DCG Rift - Ryzen 7 9700X, 32GB DDR5, RX 7800 XT 16GB, 1TB SSD, AMD Gaming PC.
It has not disappointed so far. My 13 year old son says Fortnite getting nearly 1000FPS on creative mode and just over 500FPS on team mode etc. Myself on COD getting a tad over 500FPS. I can’t wait to try more games.
When delivered it was well packaged, and secure.
I highly recommend Direct Gaming if you are on the look out for a new pc, or simply looking to upgrade components.

Being new to the PC world
Being new to the PC world as I have used other platforms in the past. I spoke to Joshua and he took me through the process with ease. Dili wry was on time and if I am honest the wow factor when I got the OC out of the box. I will be using Direct Computers again and I highly recommend this company.

Great small business.

Good turn around, fantastic prices 💪
Had a slight misunderstanding regarding delivery times for a PC ordered on the 23rd Dec. Turns out they gave their staff some extra days off which impacted build times (honestly good for them) as well as the snow etc. Despite them having issues with the phone lines I managed to get ahold of someone through chat, I was going to chance my arm at a free mousemat, they offered me an extra hdd without asking for my trouble. A bit of a shakey start but as per other reviews they're quick to sort it when they are aware. Still haven't got my PC but not anticipating any more issues- will update then.

Where to Go for Home IT? Maybe start Here at DC
Purchase of MS Office s/w. You would expect the 'handshake' between MS products to be seamless.
But for their own well intentioned reasons (money?) MS want you to do as they wish. Good People and Technical Competence make a company prosper.

Sold stock they didn't have
Ordered RAM at a fairly decent price. Few days later I'm told they don't actually have the stock and ask if id prefer a refund or to swap for a different one. Managed to find one not as good but it will be ok so sent a message. Takes a while to get replies norm 1 a day if lucky and whilst waiting for a reply that option sold out. So I had to go for the refund and in this time prices are skyrocketing and selling out everywhere which left me in a worse off position. Other people seem to have good experiences I'm just the unlucky one, doubtful id ever use this website/company again and will openly try and discourage friends etc using this.

Very happy with my new system
Order #9481. I am very happy with my new system and the price was great. I have a ryzen 5, 32gb ram, 500gb SSD and 2TB hd for £400 (after discounts). The system crunches everything I throw at it and doesn't break a sweat whilst running Cubase, Photoshop, Multiple tabs, multiple apps and a 4k vid all open simultaneously. My only quibble was that it was very loud on delivery, this was down to the fan being set at full power and needed adjusting in the BIOS. It's now very quiet and problem solved.

Amazing gaming Pc
This is the first time I have bought a gaming pc, so decided to upgrade a lot of the components to future proof it, after doing tons research. I was pretty excited about receiving it and ive had if for a well and all i’ll say is, its way beyond what I expected, and runs so well on even some demanding games. I'd definitely recommend Direct computers to anyone to look into getting into PC Gaming. If I ever need to upgrade anything, I'd definitely be going to Direct Computers.
