Sadly, the computer I ordered was damaged in transit. I contacted customer services and spoke to Josh and was just amazed that they managed to sort out a replacement within a couple of days. The most incredible customer service. Computer all set up and running really well, also much quieter than my previous desktop. Would definitely buy again and can't recommend highly enough.

I did quite a bit of research and found a great base model and upgraded a little on the CPU (not many cos allow this) and hard drive.

Fantastic price and simple to order. Service was brilliant kept in constant contact and quickly answered any queries.

When model arrived Courier had decided to bounce it on the floor causing case to break the case and fans.

Sending it back was simple and efficient and arrived back (undamaged) several days later.

I have had it for several weeks. Couldn't be happier. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Ive a machine that plays high-quality games in 1440p and 4k resolution.

Ordered a custom pc from Direct Computers and Joshua was brilliant throughout the whole process, giving great advice which which I trusted, and support after I received the pc. Not once did he come across as overselling or pushy, he simply helped me choose parts for a good value pc that suited my needs and budget.

The PC arrived very well-packaged and was ready to go from the off.

There was a slight delay of a couple of days as one of the components was damaged during their testing, but it wasn't an issue at all and I was kept updated throughout.

There was a slight issue that I'd caused by changing some settings and Josh replied to me very swiftly and the problem was solved.

I wouldn't hesitate buying again from Direct Computers

User interface on website for building computer was easy and informative. Computer came ready to play right out of the box with zero issues and secure packaging. I really appreciate the attention to detail of Direct Computers and will definitely be buying my future upgrade components from them.

Bought a DC Home Office Slim - i5-14400, 16GB DDR4, 500GB SSD, Intel Desktop PC as a replacement for an out of date Windows 10 PC. Great customer service when ordering the new box and sorting out a few minor teething problems. Overall, very happy with the new PC and would highly recommend Direct Computers.

I ordered a slight change to the basic spec which could not be completed due to faulty component. That was fixed inside 2 working days. System is incredibly fast. I switch between this and my old system on s single 32" 4k monitor. The graphics are far sharper and the colours better on the new machine. Despite the fact that the machine has fans, the temperature management hasn't asked them to come on yet. The silence is a real bonus.

I went to Direct Computers to buy some thermal paste. Whilst I was there, the staff helped with advice about Intel coolers and were happy to fit the new cooler I had taken with me as the old one had suffered broken supports in transit.
I am very grateful to them. They didn't want to charge me either.

Professionally build hardware and well packed secure delivery service but the only fault i found was, the pre-done login set-up on the pc didn’t allow me to access, my xbox app and had a conflict with the suppliers account and had to reset the pc, to fix the issue.
