From ordering to delivery, everything was quick and easy. Very good quality product. Very happy with the service.

Saw this company advertised read reviews and sent for sample pack...not for decking but for composite fencing... samples arrived beautifully presented with information very quickly..no pressure selling.. seriously looking to make contact for free quote.. once sorted a few outstanding things..

Just so user friendly, both the staff and the decking.

Great product and works well with the grey colour decking. However, only got 96 in the bag, then was told to reorder another 100 and I only need 98 in total.

Boards delivered in two different shades. Possible old and new stock mixed in.

Very quick delivery of everything ordered. Fitter says it went down like a dream and plans to recommend it to future clients. Looks brilliant. Installation was quick; quicker than fitter anticipated! Less wastage than anticipated too, so we have some left for other projects.

Decking went down without a problem

Delivered in bad condition with items missing.

Items were scratched and in one case very large scuff.

There was also fixings missing. All of which I ensilm about to receive an email back that was zero help.

Delivery man placed the items in an internal garage with a concrete floor facd side down also causing scratched and dents on the edges.

Would not recommend...

Communication was great throughout, with smooth and prompt email exchanges. Darren was particularly helpful and provided excellent support whenever I had questions. Delivery was also very prompt. A professional and efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Excellent turnaround of goods and delivery, drivers polite and helpful.

Word of warning: written during a heatwave - these decking boards get very hot in direct sunlight when the air temp is 35 Deg. The boards reached temps of 60 Deg c. Enough to burn delicate foot skin and dog paws.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour of fencing. The staff were very helpful when I contacted you about this. It was quickly rectified and the correct colour was dispatched within a couple of days. Your driver Krystian, was excellent. He helped me unload the new panels and took away the wrong version. Nothing was too much trouble and he even offered me some installation advice and tips.

Very quick delivery and products seem to be good, but at present I'm still working on the overall project. The only disappointing thing is that some items have been out of stock for some weeks leaving me wondering if I will have to search elsewhere for parts to finish the job.
