sizes of ingredient items are getting smaller and smaller over the years I have been using Dinnerly, to the extent that I often now have to top up with ingredients I have had to buy from the supermark... See more

Consistent quality and supply of everything necessary. I'd love it if you could just set it fortnightly, which seems like they're just unwilling to but it's alright.
Unprompted review my arse, every week I get a reminder to review!
Dinnerly has greatly changed over the few years I used them. They definitely increased variety of dishes.
However, they quality of products dropped quite a bit, often sending non-fresh greens, weathered veggies.
The volume of produce in recipes has drastically reduced - early days their meals for two always fed the crowd of four or split the dish in two meals intakes for two. These days they dish for two feeds me once - ALONE.
I gave them feedbacks on multiple occasions - be it inferior quality of ingredients, loss of ingredient or overall negative due to selection of supply. But nothing has improved.
Now, they even send shakshuka ingredients without key product of the dish - THE EGGS!!!
I would definitely not recommend Dinnerly anymore.

Love the choices
Only problem I have is ordering in advance as choices made by dinnerly don’t suit my eating plan
Last week (25 Aug) two of three meals spoiled meat in the fridge within 3 days (second time in a month, last time got sick and vet bill $300 for one piece given to my doggy).
No response for 1 week now.
Seeking refund for inedible meals but can’t even get any email response.
Haven’t cancelled yet since I am sure they will not refund me if I do.
Given they are uninterested considering going straight to consumer affairs…any suggestions? The general public needs protection against the poor quality and lack of interest in customer welfare!

The variety of food with regular favorites is good. Easy recipes on the whole. Delivered to door when the delivery company get it correct.
I joined out of curiosity and then cancelled minutes after realising I wasn't interested. I was still charged for a box of food. Then I was told even though I cancelled my subscription minutes after creating my account that I was still required to email them specifically according that I didn't want the box. Then they proceeded to show me where they hid it in their terms and conditions

The easy of it all, from selection your meals to the arrive at your door. The recipes are quick and easy to follow.
I also like that the calories are worked out for you.
I would put a zero if i could. I have been buying Dinnerly for about 4 years and was generally happy. However last Saturday my delivery was not loaded and the driver told me it would be delivered on the Sunday. It was not. I sent a support enquiry and did not hear back. On Tuesday the box turned but the meat was no longer refrigerated. As we are in winter this can only mean my box has been lying around somewhere for 5 days. This is disgusting customer service and you basically expect people to poison themselves with meat unsuitable for consumption. I will never buy from Dinnerly again and will put in a complain with the consumer watchdog

The food has been great. It’s not expensive. We don’t have any leftovers which is great. There has been times we have added a couple of extra things to make the meal a bit larger but most of the time no issues at all love the food so easy to cook doesn’t take much. We are very happy.
I had hesitation signing on a couple months back, but I have since been truly happy since the beginning. I am saving money on groceries and no waste of having excess vegetable. I am busy with my job and at times work.late until evening and when I get home I want something quick and easy and thinking what to have for dinner has eased and the variety of cuisines help then trying to think what takeaway joint should I go though hit always end up getting the same quick fix which can be boring. And I don't have to drive around. Also my boxes work out cheaper than getting one takeaway meal at times. Also I'm finding the portions are well sized for me so I'm not overeating or overloading on the calories and can see a drop in my weight. So thanks Dinnerky and I'm a believer in saying credit where credit is due (hence my taking of time to right a positive review)
I was a bit sceptical about trying this way of getting meals but I have been super impressed with ‘Dinnerly’. The quality of vegetables is top class and such detail with all extra spices etc needed to make the meal is outstanding. Yes I am very pleased we took the option and ordered from this impressive company.
I had missing ingredients in every box, with a refund, on complaining, that didn't cover the cost of replacing let alone the inconvenience. Things like "Japanese Dressing" essential for the Japanese Curry, alongside main ingredients missing consistently. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend, yes they are slightly cheaper than other services however the savings is not worth the lack of quality and customer service! I was ready to cancel after the first week upon receiving spoiled produce but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, second box I received what seemed to be ingredients for a meal not selected, third week missing ingredients and spoiled produce and the final straw was receiving a box with no meat at all and extra spice packets as a substitution? The solutions were always copied off a script and not actually addressing the issue with a few emails even addressing me by the wrong name. I would rather pay the little bit extra and receive edible food, items that have been ordered and decent customer service!

Like many others I didn't recieve my order. I used the property pin and got an sms saying all was fine and my order would be coming the next day. I called CS after 6.30pm when I still had no order and no communication from the delivery person. After following up the next morning I was finally told they dont deliver to my area....surely they knew that when they took my payment. I asked for a refund and got no reply from 2 further emails. Luckily I had paid through PayPal and they refunded my money. I highly recommend avoiding this company!
It's amazing how quickly Dinnerly can respond to these reviews but do not respond when you have an issue with your order or refund.

Meals are rummy and so easy to prepare .
Would recommend to anyone who is tired of cooking every night , I only get three meals a week just to break up the week .
Great recipes, but some of the produce was not fresh
