Horrible experience; staff gives you meds and they dont follow up and no weight was lost! SCAM proceed with caution

Diet Doc is professional and trustworthy. Answered all my questions and ships quickly. Safe products and friendly advisors. Has great online presence. Would recommend to anyone looking for healthy products for weight loss!

I have used Dietdoc for several years to order hcg. I have never had an issue with product not arriving on time, being a wrong order, or being unclear on dosage or how to mix. I worked with Dennis in the past but have been speaking lately with Mae. Both DietDoc reps were knowledge and helpful though. My credit card is given over the phone, I’ve never had a bogus charge on this card. These ppl aren’t stealing your card number here!
Also, I’ve now switched to Semiglutide after plateauing with hcg. I can get this drug cheaper here than through my own pcm.

Diet Doc makes it easy to order what I need. They are professional, helpful and timely. They provide quality products at a fair price and take the work out of getting all of needed supplies. Customer service is excellent and I kept Shary’s number for when I want to reorder.

I had a slight issue with my product and after speaking with Dennis from Diet Doc, he advised me on hiw I could expedite my situation and he was able to speak with the pharmacy and managers and got my issue resolved. I really appreciate the customer service.

I worked with Dennis. He really does his best. They do everything online which makes it easy easier. I like everything about them except the increase in prices with every refill. Other than that they are good.

I’ve been on the HCG injection protocol with a different company but they no longer offer HCG so I made the switch to the Diet Doc. I had a small 4 week window to do this round of HCG and needed to start on a specific date but the HCG vials were on back order from the pharmacy. My Diet Doc rep (Dennis) gave me daily updates as to the status of my order and when it was time to ship out they expedited my shipment which I REALLY appreciated. I’m also happy to report the HCG is authentic. I’ve been dropping one pound a day like I usually do!

Scam. Every “coach” aka pushy salesmen is NOT located here in the USA. I got straight lied to. When quizzed they knew nothing about where they say they are from. And you want to give my credit card to these people? Who knows where my info will end up! Stay far far away.

Dennis is a consultant, sales. He is so outstanding! He always makes sure I get the best deal. He is lightening fast to respond to any question, even hard ones, very easy to talk to but still professional. This order I accidentally placed it through the website and had some problems. I sent him a message and let me know he wasn’t my representative for the order but if I needed any help he would be happy to. Awe! Turns out I did have several problems during the ordering processes and I message shin for help each time and he followed though and did work without even getting any commission on the order!!! I would give him 6/5 stars! Great attitude and work ethic! He is a great employee anywhere he goes. Next time, if I need a next time (hope I don’t because If I’m successful long term, I won’t need to reorder). But thank you Dennis! He’s helped with at least 4 orders, stellar everything time. But this time he really shines because he gave the same great service and he wasn’t getting any commission from it! How kind!! Thanks Dennis!!! Ask for Dennis when you order! Could make a huge difference in your happiness with the company! He keeps things running smoothly and you need it for a product, delivery and service like this.

Nick Santos has been my coach for over a year. He is wonderful to work with and he makes helpful suggestions. He is easily accessible and responds with a friendly, professional attitude. I have lost almost 40-50 pounds over several years and I am maintaining for the first time in my life. I really could not do it without Nick at Dietdoc. The best thing is, I feel much healthier than I did.

Horrible service. Do not trust them They don’t feel they are actually responsible for the prescription. Or dosage or to make sure the dosage meets the hcg requirements. Their customer service is horrendous. A huge waste of my time and money

Don’t waste your your money here and go to a REAL doctor in your area. This is malpractice at its finest. Not only do you get rushed during your consultation with no direction, but you also receive no actual directions to mix what you’re prescribed or the dosage. This company will be sued until justice is served for what they have put some patients through. The side effects of thinking you can understand what to do by mainly using Google since there’s none provided by this company is horrible. Not only on a medical level, but the stress they put you through by accepting no responsibility and having no care in the world for their patients is very wrong. Horrible business ethics.

I ordered the product a month in advance but they could not get the product to me in a timely fashion. They kept promising that it would be shipped but delay after delay impacting my plan. Super disappointing customer service. I had to keep asking, even though there was a new batch, my order was not released. Vague about when it would actually ship. Still don't have it but they have already charged my card.

I started with DietDoc back in September using their HCG protocols and injections. Not only have I lost 80 pounds I also found out that HCG can repair nerve damage done by MS. I was nearly in a wheelchair when I started now I weigh a hundred and 20 lb I walked in and a half miles a day and I literally look 25 years younger. To get the most out of this experience with them make sure that you have texting with your coach. I never used the nutritionist but I was in constant contact with several of the employees including Mae, Nick, Sim and Anna.
It works perfect for me because I don't need a lot of coaching I like to do my own research and I am constantly monitoring my new weight and metabolism and I have to say this was one of the best experiences of my entire life. But remember you get what you put into it.
