Communication was never made that the medicine was on back order. I called multiple times only being told they were checking with the pharmacy. After 2 days I finally received an answer the medicine was on back order. I explained in the beginning I would be leaving the country & needed the medicine by a certain date. I finally cancelled the order bc it was going to arrive while I was gone. Today I received an email that the order will arrive while I’m gone. This communication has been a nightmare and some very expensive medicine is in transit without someone home to sign for it.

Great medical program to work with. Love that I can get great advice and products without going to a medical facility and can get everything done from home. Great coaches and staff as well as doctors!!! Highly recommend them!

Placed an order 10 days ago and did not reviver it bc the pharmacy lost it . So it had to get replaced while in the middle of my diet. Upsetting to spend so much money and then have to sit around and wait with no control over the situation . Please make sure you get your tracking number and that it’s the correct tracking number not an old one . Don’t stop asking until you get it . This is my 6th time using them and it really is a pharmacy problem but they should have provided my tracking number or asked them to expedite it bc it was placed over 1.5 weeks ago and these medications are expensive and diets are not fun. taking this much time off in the middle will be like starting over. Please get your tracking number after you pay abd ask h til you get it so you save yourself from any disappointments or headaches or sitting around waiting bc you have to sign for it too.

Since my review Ian reached out to me to apologize for the lack of communication. He also texted or emailed me the diet plan, which is very good. The first one was lost in transmission apparently. He assured me he sent it via email. Which I have no reason to believe he didn’t since emails to get lost. I’ve also received emails from the company.

The product is working as I hoped, which makes me very happy.

I have reached out several times to Ian, Diet Coach, to get necessary instructions to be on the HCG Diet to no avail. You supply the injections without HCG diet protocols or instructions. This program does a disservice for those who pay for your injections. It's absolutely a failure of a program. I've never heard of a diet without instructions or protocols to follow.

I had received a text from Gian, asking me how I was doing and notifying me that the HCG product would not be available after 4/1. I had previously used HCG and wanted to do another round, so I replied to the text. Gian was timely, courteous, and even responded on the weekend, which was a pleasant surprise. Great service. I look forward to using the excellent product again and losing more weight. It works! I am sad it will not be available in the future.
