As a T1 Diabetic I have been searching for the T1D Barbie for some time. And I was so happy when I located it on DickSmith website.
Ordering notifications and receiving was very quick and easy. Will happily purchase again.

My husband wanted these, doing his research and loved these. Ordered 2 days ago. They're on their way today for delivery. Excellent service and fast and efficient. Thanks so much.

Omg these guys are in my top 3 worst customer service experience ever.
They sold me faulty items and when i tried to return them, they make you pay shipping and get a store credit.
Naturally i told them that's against consumer law but they kept diverting it back to a change of mind based on their return policy. They won't budge even with photo evidence, insane! Who trained these Muppets. They're gonna ruin the entire brand. Doing a charge back and never purchasing from them again.

Great service, kept informed and delivered in four days much better than other companies.

I was charged by d smith for a membership that never agreed 3 times and they refused to pay me back. I never signed up for this.

They deliver late, impose bogus fees.
It's a scam from what I've read of other people's comments.
Would not use again ever.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience.

I ordered a laptop charger which turned out to be the incorrect size. Following this, I was unexpectedly charged $130 for a premium delivery service that I did not knowingly authorise. This charge appears to have been included within fine print terms and conditions that were not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase.

Additionally, I attempted to cancel the order through your chat support, however I was unable to do so due to technical limitations with your system.

Charging customers for services they have not clearly agreed to is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against doing business under these conditions.

I got a great price on the product I was after, but a bit disappointed that I missed the delivery date when ordering it, as it’s a bit in the future, which I didn’t see until the confirmation email came through and noticed it on that. I think it could’ve been a bit clearer in the ordering process. But I got an amazing product at a great price, so all good

Using the size chart got the exact fit and length for me. As I am 172cm tall could never get a dressing gown with enough length to reach my ankles. Would definitely purchase again.
