I am not able to call any number in China on May 29th and 30th with numerous attempts
I am not able to call any number in China since May 29th Monday. I attempted numerous times on May 29th and 30th. I called a few numbers in China, including fixed line and mobile. It always rang once then disconnected. I also tried different access number including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, all having same issue.
I had this issue a few weeks ago and reported to customer support. I was told it's one-off but it seems recurring.
I have been with DianhuaChina.com for many years. If this problem persists and I am not able to make overseas calls when needed, I have to ask for refund of remaining credit and find another service provider.

I couldn't hear the voice of the other party
Recently, when I made a call to China, I could not hear the voice of the other party after it was connected. I need to hang up and call again. At least 5 and 6 times before I can hear the voice of the other party, and the fee of $0.01 will be deducted for each recall.
