We are happy with the monthly fee but the connections still keep dropping out and we have to redial. Sometimes this happens 3 or more times during a single call.

Yes, we did make adjustments in your connections already. In order for our Customer Support agents to further investigate the call quality, please reach them exactly when the issue occurs so that they can place some more tests.
