4 things I like about the service:

1. Portability across devices - Can use it via an access number, skype, wifi and pretty much any other communication device.

2. Customer service: Calling rates were somehow jacked up to 1.6 cents/minute. They brought it down within 2 minutes after I messaged support.

3. Very clear voice quality.

4. I usually recharge upwards of 30 bucks to et that extra 10% credit ;). I don't think any other calling card service has that benefit :D

i have been facing a problem with dial91 app on my IPhone and i mailed them regarding it. the response was quick enough to fix it in 2 hours. The problem is that my application was deactivated and unfortunately i have given them a wrong id and email to fix it. they responded saying the user id is not found and as soon as i mailed them my correct user id they activated it in 10 minutes. That is amazing. they didn't even took an hour to respond to my email. Dial91 guys are amazing. I love it.

At times connectivity is not good. But overall I am satisfied. The remaining minutes that I hear before each call is somewhat confusing as they use to differ a lot.

I had recharged with 30$ with rate 1 cent mins per min. During the period the rate changed to 1.6 cent and accordingly my talk time reduced. How can this be done, as when I recharged the rate was different!! I am really unsatisfied with it.
