account balance automatically getting deducted even though no call been made

I have been using dail91 over 8 years but recently started seeing account balance automatically getting deducted even though no call been made. This very serious things and also very much disappointing, even they removed from their website call rate, management if you would not wake up quickly, you will see consequences, I am closing my account with them.

I cannot login, cannot recharge, cannot reach anybody on phone, there is no online support. Nobody to offer customer service. False advertising, lying, cheats. No direct number for custiomer service. The advertize a 24/7 telephone support that does not exist. Hope there is a class action suit against them. ROBBERS, THIEFs and CHEATERS.

Dail91 used to be good years ago but…

Dail91 used to be good years ago but now, its the worst. Acct expires within a month and you have recharge again to activate the acct eventhough, you have balance on the acct. I have almost $10 balance on the acct but unable to use it cuz they say acct is expired and when I call them, no one answer the call. Stay away.. bad service.

Worst service

Worst service. Support is a joke, while chatting they make us wait for several minutes but if we fail to reply in seconds they ending the chat saying non responisve. Phone support non existent. Switching to Google Voice from now on.

Worst international calling service i have ever used, anytime it would stop working and if you try to call customer service you cant because they will ask you leave your info so that can call you when are open and call it 24x7 customer service.

Dial91 is an unacceptable calling platform. I bought minutes and I could not make calls to land line numbers in India and for cell phones, there were several times when I can hear the party in India but they cannot hear me. It is unacceptable service.

Moreover, they have set expiration period for the credit I paid for and all my unused credit vanished in six months. This is totally unacceptable.

Overbilling the calls

When I checked my dial91 calling history for the past few months as my account balance used up quickly in a short time and compared with the detailed bill log of my cell phone that I used for the calls, I was surprised to find that some calls were for 2 minutes but they charged more than 48 minutes each such call. I emailed them the logs and they credited the account and informed me they will make changes to my account configuration to avoid this from happening in the future. This makes me think of a scam and advise that if you are using them for your calls, always check your call history for such overcharges.

This is the worst company

This is the worst company, my account was interrupted again and again, every time if I recharge call probably once in several months, but after 180 days the account has been interrupted, today I contacted them and request extending without recharging, here is the email I received from dial 91:
(I was told that my account was expired 6/4/2017)
Your account is expired since 6/4/2017. Please note that according to our terms and conditions all sells are final and not refundable. If the issue is because the account is expired, we can escalate this issue to our upper management and extend the validation until you finish your remaining balance. Please let us know.

Actually, I never requested extend before, or they never gave me any extending before, just lying when dealing with their customers.

Don't use the service from this guy, Go other companies, you have never interrupted problem, and most importantly you will get respect.

Don't use service if you don't talk often.

Don't use service if you don't talk often.
It will waste your money. You have to recharge after every 180 days even if you have credit in your account. If you just want to talk 10 minutes in 6 month. it will cost $2 for 10 minutes. They don't give refund.
