Only bad experience to date, 1 star is too much!
To date unfortunately only bad experience with this company, and not only once! If you can avoid them please do so! Not easy because Austrian mail&parcel service has a contract with them. They once lost a parcel, I payed a fortune for the insurance and the dumb person left it somewhere on the hallway, it never showed up and I had to involve a lawyer to get my money from their insurance throught the sender from abroad, not easy, timeconsuming, what a hassle! I also signed a delivery Agreement to drop parcels off to a Special neighbor in case of my absence...this NEVER worked! so many emails, phone calls....what a waiste of time with this incompetent and incapable company! Keep away from them wherever you can! Even my lawyer knew this: DHL: Drop it, Hide it, or Lose it!
