Marked as “not at home” without any real delivery attempt
Very disappointing experience with DPD.
My order was split into two parcels. The first one did arrive, but it was handed over to a random neighbour even though I never agreed to that. The second parcel was marked twice as “recipient not at home”, although I was at home during both delivery windows, and on the second day I specifically stayed home the entire day to receive it.
No one rang the bell, no one called, and no notice was left in the mailbox — nothing at all.
I even tried to track the van live and went outside to find it (while leaving my friend at home so the parcel could still be received), but could not find any DPD vehicle nearby. This seriously makes me doubt that a real delivery attempt happened at all.
My impression is that DPD leaves some parcels with random neighbours without permission, and for others — especially heavier ones — may simply mark them as “recipient not at home” without actually attempting delivery. Very frustrating service and a huge waste of time.

If I could place minus 5 stars service, i would as this is not the first similar experience.

I chose a pickup shop as the delivery location because I was at work . However, I went to the shop in question and the package is not there. The DPD website says the parcel has been delivered, but there is nothing.

They’re the worst ever
They’re the worst ever. The driver never came to the door even though he was on the street but never came to the door and i got an email that said that we couldn’t meet you in person also the costumer supporter avoided to answer why he never came by the door. It’s better to close the company than work this type of work like this.

Terrible customer service failed to deliver twice even after i corrected my adressse so shoe got marked return to sender i reordered them corrected my address again and made a deposit okay for the front door they didnt leave it at the front door and took shoe back to the warehouse finally got what i ordered after 3 weeks of talking to customer service.

The customer service is also ridiculous and unprofessional. They do not empathise with the fact that neither sender nor recipient have any fault here and fail to listen or offer constructive solutions. Shameful.

One of the worst delivery services I have ever known
Getting a package from Germany to Sweden. Has been with them in the warehouse for 14 days, and yet there is no update with regards to that.
When mailing them, asking about the details, the only thing they say is, "your email address is incorrect". its like a standard answer to all 4 different messages that I sent them. all with the same reply.
How much does it take for them to handover the parcel to postnord. Very disappointed with them. No updates on the parcel.
NOTE: would be glad if there was a minus when giving review to them

I never hated something more than this delivery service. I waited so long for my parcel and they messed everything up by sending it back to the seller without my permission! I hope this company stops existing one day. Also, shame on LEGO for working with them.

Very very bad. Like how they cannot find my Adresse? In the system was everything correct i went entire day at home waiting 2 hours and after that i receive a "sorry we cannot find your adress" ...thats incredibly crazy , wtf u still work in this domain if u cant with GPS find something. I wrote to them to clear the situation, they asked again to confirm the Adresse but surprise in the next day was send it back.

Giving 1 star because can't rate 0.. DPD is the WORST courier service I have ever seen in my life.. They always deliver the package to some parcel shop by lying the customer was not at home. Such an unprofessional service.

I always have issues with this courier! I keep getting notified that I’m not home, which is simply not true. I am always at home when they alert me about the delivery. They don't even ring the bell; they just leave my package at a pick-up point! This has happened at least four times now!!!
