Stay away I ordered something on the 17th of may and all they keep reminding me of is my membership and I haven’t received the product

i am so frustrated with this company. product delivered with incorrect parts. ive tried for hours to speak to a supervisor. they do not respond to emails. my daughters birthday ruined. i spoke to several agents. all told me different stories. no supervisor to sirt it out. diego ignores my emails. every day i check on delivery status. yesterday several items 7 days over due. they sat in paris for 2 weeks. today the dates changes and i tried to chat to customer service. english so poor. she tried to tell me the dates never changed. as i work i made alot of arrangements to make sure someone was there to accept delivery. i am fearful they have just taken my money and these items will never arrive. i await the automated response.

i have been asked to update the details -

i ordered a product that had faulty parts/missing parts. i contacted customer service and was told i could not order the missing parts but had to take a video of the missing parts!!.
i asked to discuss the situation with the supervisor but was advised that i had to repackage the item for collection.i was assured my query would be passed to a supervisor.

i heard nothing back and went on the chat line again. this time i was advised that i had to retrieve the original packaging or the package would not be accepted. i had to delve through the recycling bins at work and was annoyed that this information was not given to me. he asked if i wanted the product to be collecte, spare arts or a refund. i said i wanted to discuss with a supervisor. i was assured the query would be answered by a supervisor.

this went on gfor 10 days. once again i contacted desertcart to be told that the missing parts were on their way. so the decision to return the item had been ignored and my concern was that i had no guarantee that the rest of the item was correct. once again i was assured that customer service supervisor would contact me.
everntually after multiple requests a single call from desert cart and i was in the middle of a medical procedure. i descrubbed and redialed the number with no reply. i received and email saying the team had tried to phone and that the missing part was en route. i emaild back to diego advising i really needed to speak with him buy email or phone. i asked if he could give me an approximate time so i could arrange time to talke the call. needless to say i go no answer from diego.
each time i queued in the caht room i was advised a wait time of 1-2 minutes. this was inevitably 25 minutes- which is frustrating.

another problem has arisen. when i ordered other productes the estimated deliver date was may 31st to june 2nd. each day i arranged for someone to be present to accept delivery. the dates came and went with no delivery. i checked the daily log and the items seemed sit in paris for weeks. then the estimated delivery dates changed to june 7th to 9th. i contacted desert cart to see what was happening. the call assistant advised me that the dates NEVER changed. she also said there was no system for a daily update. i tried to explain and i received a reply in very poor english that made no sense.
so my function is this week. the items due never arrived and it is now june 13th. i have contacted desert cart so many times and one call back with ignored emails is all i received. as a customer i have learned that the company have no follow up customer care/interest. the procedures change from representative to representative. given the lackof contact from the supervisor one would have to thing that the attitude comes from management.

months on i still cannot talk to a supervisor and my order has not arrived

Same happened with me also ,I was charged AED 700 without my consent ,in name of customer support there is only chat bot which repeats the same message over and over again ,looks like that’s how they make money ,by charging unsuspecting customers and offer no solutions ,it’s a big scam .

By far the worst online shopping experience I have had. First time and LAST TIME shopper with desertcart. Product arrived 2 weeks (est time was 5 days), damaged and unusable.
Agent dishika said they'd collect after a few days and once received to the warehouse they'd send another item. So - you want me to wait a month for something I needed urgently? Is this a joke? Goodluck sinking this ship, Amazon all the way!!!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and didn't realise that automatcally gave me free 30day membership. My estimated delivery date was 6 -8th June but to my delight the parcel arrived today, a werk early! Goods are fine and were packed well. I think some reviewers do not realise there can be a long wait. I decided to cancel my free subscription tonight as I will not be ordering again but I couldn't do it online! I did a live chat with them but was not able to cancel membership, which is a bit worrying as I can't afford and don't need annual membership. I continued to search through their site and eventually found 'membership'. It there said 'no current membership found'. I hope that is in fact true. I am quite anxious now. I think Desertcart should make the cancellation process much clearer and simpler.

Don’t buy any from them they are scam they will take money from your account as it is subscription they deduct 699 AED from my account

They charge around AED 700 without you accepting it! No number to call and when you talk with the chat support they do not review it nor resolve it! This website must be taken down because it’s a scam! Never order from them

They keep your card details and then fraudulently take money from your account.

After purchasing one time, a face cream from them, They then used my details without authorisation to set up “pre authorised payments” and took £179 out of my account without permission. They then claim it’s “membership fees”
I never signed up for any type of membership, i simply just bought a face cream and they kept and used my card details fraudulently.

This has happened to many customers upon research, they are a complete scam

Scam, there is no clear indication you are being signed up, all that happens is a box comes up saying you have been given free shipping.

without notifying me desertcart credit 825 SR from my account and now they said its non refundable i asked for the prof when did i accept terms and condition and the customer services send me screenshot and told me maybe here you accept terms and condition. then i ask did desertcard send me email or message for pro membership still no respond. all around here is scammer don't ever try to order anything here....

I ordered supplements for PCOS. When my parcel finally arrived I opened it and it was a cheap makeup brush. I contacted support and was asked for pictures which I sent. I was then asked for pictures again. They didn't seem to understand I was showing them photos of what had been delivered. Anyway in the end after perceiving back and forward with customer services, they sent out another delivery. I was surprised when I opened it that it was actually the right product. I wasn't signed up for a subscription like what happened with others but I'm sure my bank blocks that type of thing on my card as even subscriptions I have signed up for never go through for some reason.

Guys it is scam. They took 600 AED from my card ,just few minutes ago. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY keep track of your credit card and using it after. Please be careful

All I wanted to do was buy one thing and they automatically subscribed me to the pro whatever and charged me £179.

I did sign for and subscription and today £179 was taken from my account. I reported it to the bank and cancelled my card

Scam do not buy anything they automatically sign you up to a year membership without you knowing and if you don’t cancel within 30 days they take £179 out your account for a yearly membership that you won’t have a clue about.

Update on previous, they will NOT refund membership money and neither will PAYPAL!

Do not order! They trick you into “free delivery” then take £179 out of your account at a later date stating you signed up to a membership, i never have received one email stating this only order confirmations but nothing about a membership, i was told I would not receive a refund and that my “membership” included free delivery and perks for £179! As if anyone would willingly agree to this

scam, they charge my pay pal for pro membership, even i dont want to be pro member.

Be warned, this is a scam to charge £179 in membership fees with no legal right to cancel by automatically enrolling you into a trial period...avoid at all costs. Have reported them and opened a dispute.
