I was charged 699 AED for some sneaky pro membership I never signed up for. I cannot believe these people are still in business. I paid for hefty shipping fees and never wanted their membership. They apparently click on it for you and if you don't see it and unclick it, you are charged with the money. They have no right to charge my card that hasn't been saved on their website and I never gave consent or my ccv to them. I started a dispute with my bank and Dubai police. I am disgusted with this company. Absolute FRAUD AND SCAM! STAY AWAY.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star.
They charged my husband and refused to refund the money. The email was in his junk box and they signed him up without knowledge. We will take this further. It’s unexceptable!!

This site is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. They lure you in with false items and cheap prices, but when you get to the site, the items are overpriced. Then, if you place the order, they take your money, EVEM IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SHIPPED TO UAE!!!! Customer Serv number directs you to online chat. Once you get there, there is NOBOSY to chat with. I have over 2000 Dhs in canceled orders and no sign of refunds!! I'm reporting to Consumer Affairs and I urge everyone who has been scammed from this company to do the same. Time to stop this scam!!!

Utter scam. I have somehow been signed up for 'PRO' at huge cost while only ordering a small product. No warning, done without any clear warning.

Very bad customer service. It was my first order from them and i got the order everything ok one month later. They charged and i didnt buy anything and it was more than the product price you imagine 200 USD. And i asked they said for a membership. Membership for a website it was my first time ordering from them. They said i accept the term. Their terms like no other website they are making money buy making people accepting terms and conditions and they think its just about the policy of buying a product but the true is forcing anyone buying from them to have a membership for 200 usd. I bought just a shampo and thats cost me too much. Dont think to buy from them thats will cost you too much.

this website is no longer trustworthy. you cant use your store credit and there is no option to transfer back to your card.
