Usually when I go to buy any product online, desertcart ads will be shown with these products at a very cheap price and good quality, however once I click on these ads, it shows that its loading and suddenly the prices are really high. I have not bought any products from them but I just wanted to point out their very annoying and fake advertisements.

Never buy from this website they will cheat you into subscribing and then deducting a large amount from your account by making you a member. You will not be able to cancel your membership. You will be charged heavily and their pro membership delivers products after 1 month! Absolute scam!

It was so dissappointing to order from this app all lies and they just took 699aed from my account and saying thats for the membership that i dont even sign for it and they didnt even call for a proper information.. lol such a thief such an embarrassing doing.. taking money thats not theirs what a shame.. i asked for a refund because i have rights and its my money and they said they will call you etc i've been waited for more than 2weeks i didnt received any calls this app is such a scam and all the staff are liars..

Don’t ever order from this app. They stole money from me for a membership I did not sign up for. They are thief’s and they are not giving me back my money and on top of that their customer service is unbelievably horrible if there was a stronger word then horrible it would be that since I sent them an email and they did not respond to my email and as for the chat they did not help me at all. Never deal with this app they are a scam and I hope this app ceases to exist. They as well promised me that they would call me although they did not for 2 weeks and I have not received anything from them.

Had to pay an annual membership which was not clear at time of one off purchase. No one available to talk to when it appeared on my statement. Live chat operator unable to offer any options or good will gesture. No satisfactory resolution and very dissatisfied customer.

I put in an order and paid by credit card on 4/5/24. I checked to see if the order was being processed, they had no record of the order number. I tried and thru chat and again no order was found.
I filed a FRAUD alert with my credit card company and Warn All to NOT order anything from these CRIMINALS

They are a bunch of thieves, I only got 1 out of my two orders and for weeks have been contacting them concerning my missing product and have been giving me a run around. I would recommend people to boycott this platform. Its a scam PERIOD!!!!

As with many other comments. They cheat on Pro membership and try and add extra charges on for delivery AFTER you have ordered. Avoid is my best advice for anyone asking should they buy from these people

They took 699 from my account sneakily ,.. they are a scam… they signed me up to a memebership without me knowing… they trick you and you get charged suddenly.. I chatted with them 5 times so far and one of them promised to resolve it and they never did.. All of their staff are rude and they keep repeating statments like a robot but they never actually help… AVOID at any cost.. they are the worst company I ever used …

I wish I knew this earlier...Just realised after they scammed & took money from my bank...due to such people...its difficult to shop online...Digital Theives!!

don't use your payments using Apple Pay... they steal your bank details and make purchases or make you members automatically... I was alerted by my credit card and they actually made a debit and didn't give your money back... they ask for have fun

They have not delivered my items yet. Its 3 weeks delayed. I request them to cancel and customer support agent said they can only process order cancellation once I receive the item and it is not possible to cancel the item if order processed and till delivery. I told them many times it is suppose to deliver 3 weeks back and it is your mistake, and you have to process the cancellation. But they don't. Don't trust this website.

This is a scam company, they enroll you in pro membership which costs approximately $185 without your agreement to this amount when you order and send you a very lengthy email whivh no one reads that has this amount written within. And they wont refund it. Absolute scam!!

Scammers. Do not order. They will subscribe you a £192 a year pro membership but cancel your original order. I am the lucky one that got a full refund from PayPal after appealed it. I’ll tell you how if anyone else has been scammed.
