I ordered 4 pillows, and because it was a US company i sent an email to ask them if the advertised price was in $US or $Australian dollars, i was told AUSTRALIAN.
When i checked my bank account they charged me in $US, i sent two emails to explain i have it in writing that they told me in $Aus, but they just said no it is in $US
So i am out $80 AUS, i will never buy from an American company again
So just be aware of this before you purchase

I ordered a pillow on friday(3/29 ) 10 pm for one pillow via PayPal yet they charged me 4 pillows I immediately contacted their customers service sure it was recorded line then I emailed them asking for cancellation and then I reported to PayPal. I received an email by Derila saying don’t cancel the order they will discount my order I insisted cancellation then they called me yesterday saying they can’t because it’s in transit. But call them for returning label and I have to pay shipping cost but they will not charge me for restocking fee. Wow! I think I will report them to better business bureau.

I ordered one pillow and they sent me 4 and charged me for them. UPDATE: Derila contacted me, apologized, refunded total amount and sent me a decent chefs knife.

My husband ordered two standard pillows along with pillow cases and cooling cases.
When we received them, we found that their ‘standard’ pillow size is in fact tiny and only really suitable for a child. When I raised that issue they just side stepped it and didn’t give a hoot.

We opened one of the vacuum sealed packets and left the pillow for 24 hours to get it to ‘plump’ out.
It plumped out very unevenly with one side significantly thicker than the other and with huge lumps in the middle. It was pretty much unusable as it was so deformed.
I contacted them and after many many emails giving them batch numbers and images, I was told to return them to Lithuania. I refused due to the cost and said that as the item was faulty, they should be liable for postage costs. They offered me useless digital cookbooks and detox guides and although they admitted the pillow was faulty, they did everything possible to avoid the claim. I kept hammering them and in the end, they gave me a partial refund of $43.
I had to keep the mal-formed pillow.

I then opened the 2nd pillow and found the EXACT same problem! It was from the same batch as the first one.
When I contacted them again, they went through the same rigmarole but I kept hammering them. This time, they wouldn’t acknowledge the fault or refund anything - they stuck to their guns and insisted that I return it to Lithuania and said that there would be no refund unless I did that.

In the end, I had to give up as I was getting nowhere so I now have two faulty pillows and am out of pocket at least $130.
This company is 100% dodgy and I recommend that you avoid them and do not order from this fraudulent mob.

They pretend to be very nice in their emails but they sneakily do everything in their power to get you to just go away.
Give them a big miss!!

They advertise that you can get your money back if you return the pillow within 30 days. They never mention that you have to ship it to a foreign country and it’s $70.00. And they want a tracking number. That is more than the pillow cost to buy it. It comes from NJ but you have to ship it to Lithuania!!!! What a scam!

Recently purchased a pillow and pillowcase and was very happy with the pillow. Although the pillowcase zipper broke within the first week. I paid close to $40.00 for this case and when I reached out to Derila to express my disappointment and request a replacement they were not helpful. They asked for pictures which I promptly sent, then they said they were sorry for the inconvenience and sent me an article on how to fix a zipper. I then replied back that the zipper was not fixable. They again replied “sorry for the inconvenience” but that was all they could do. So, if you are planning on purchasing from this company be prepared for the fact that they do not stand behind their product and obviously do not care about their customers!!

I ordered a pillow from Derila, but realised soon after that the size of it was smaller than a standard pillow, so I contacted them soon after, requesting to cancel the order and obtain a refund.
I was advised by the Support that they would try to stop the order at the warehouse in NSW, in the meantime trying to entice me to keep the order by offering a 20% discount which I refused.
Was advised soon after that it was too late and the order had been dispatched by the warehouse. I got formal notification of the a couple of days later, leading me to believe that they had ample opportunity to intercept the order before it was dispatched.
Just received the delivery today with the intention of sending it back using the RMA that they organised, unopened, but am astounded to find out that I need to send it to Lithuania, not NSW before getting a refund!
Sending the item back to Lithuania with tracking (as they demand) will cost between $75 and $110!
What a scam! All this to deter us from returning their stock!
Will end up giving away this pillow away as I have absolutely no use for it!
***Update*** Joan from Derila personally reached out and apologised for the negative experience and arranged a full refund to compensate. Very grateful for her having done this and so I'm amending my rating accordingly.

I ordered 1 pillow +1 pillowcase from Derila Pillows. Cost $75. I was immediately charged $305 for 5 pillows and 2 pillowcases. Emailed back straight away asking them to correct order and requested not to post until matter sorted.. over the next 1.5 days and numerous emails later i was only offered further discounts and gifts. In frustration I tried to cancel the order.. too late as pillows had already been sent, but once I received them I could send back for a refund. They arrived 2.5 days from ordering from Wetherill Park, 20kms FROM MY HOME. I was told that to get a full refund I have to return to Lithuania $200- $250 from Australia. Repeatedly emailed/rang Derila but to no avail. Check the Derila Scam Site to see the hundreds of others scammed exactly the same way. Also it seems the Lithuania mail site is a fake as people have had their pillows sent back to them from Lithuania. I am going in circles and out of pocket Au$305 despite Derila causing the mistake. PS I am not happy with the pillow as my neck is still very sore and the pillow is very low and hard...it does not give the relief it is supposed to. I want Derila to refund me fully and collect pillows as per Fair Trading Australia guidelines.

Avoid at all costs. This business is running a scam. I ordered one large pillow and one large pillow case and they charged me nearly $300 for a bunch of product I didn’t order. They also set up an automatic payment through PayPal without my authority. 3 weeks later and 4 pillow cases that I don’t want have arrived but nothing else. I have complaints lodged through PayPal resolution centre but don’t hold out much hope so will be escalating the matter.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The pillow gave me headaches every night I used it. I stopped using it after a third night waking up with a headache and the headache stopped. I told them this immediately and instead of refunding me or even acknowledging this, they offered to donate a pillow to a hospital for my pillow? What the heck!? That feels shady and like a guilt trip for wanting a refund on a product that is harming me. I told them no, I don’t want anyone at a hospital subject to this! Turns out they are in Lithuania and charge you for the shipping back. I asked if it would be included in the refund (the shipping) and no one will answer me, they just keep saying the same things to me. This is fraud. They should want to make this better for me with all their claims for the best night sleep ever and they claim it gets rid of headaches. Without a doubt that headache I had was from the pillow. I stopped using it and it went away. I will be charging this back to my bank as fraud. Also, in America it’s illegal to return pillows. But Mattress Firm will give you the amount you spent toward another pillow if the one you got doesn’t work for you and you get to keep the pillow. My Mattress Firm pillow has been amazing. Go to Mattress Firm—they are everywhere.

Fraud is what it is. You buy 1 pillow they charge you for 4 f***en pillows. Like others here tried to cancel Witten minutes and it was too late???
How can a f***** outfit like this exist and on Facebook of all places. They need to be put in their place.
Avoid this s**ty outfit. Too bad I did not know about truspilot before hand.

THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME THE £118 THEY TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT 2 MONTHS BEFORE DELIVERY... IN DECEMBER!!! NO CONTACT SINCE JANUARY - HAVE THEY GONE BUST?

I ordered 1 pillow they charged me for 4. Which as I have been reading is a common thing they do. I immediately reached out via email and asked them to cancel and they refused. I will also be reporting them to BBB and Consumer affairs. All I wanted was a refund. I do not like to write bad reviews but this was a total scam.

I have sent Derila my order numbers MEBM9EV and O2GRPRK, plus the tracking number for the return package no. 483357362668941.
This was returned to them on 23rd December 2023.
They say on their website they will refund within 5-7 days. I am still waiting 2 months later. This is fraud. This company is scamming people.

Derila is a scam! Their web site has an algorithm that creates a false invoice, usually a 400% increase, and immediatly charges it to your card BEFORE the false invoice is displayed and AFTER they have debited your card. The whole purchase processes cannot be stopped after this point. They will raise issues tickets but will not respond. However, this is a scam with a differnence - the over priced goods actually arrive, unlike normal scams, but up to 4 times as much as intended. They increase their profits on rubbish by 400%! But wait, there is more.... to stop you from having any chance of ever getting a refund (not that they would ever pay up anyway) the items must first be shipped to Lithuania, NOT to where they shipped them from! This effectively makes goods return and refunds impossible unless you happen to live in Estonia!! A very clever business model. Who is going to stop these 'Russian' mafia?

I ordered one pillow, but when closi g the order I noticed I had been billed for four pillows. I immediately contacted the company by e-mail requesting my order be changed to one pillow, charge accordingly, but was refused stating it was not possible, since my order had already been processed (a matter of minutes!).

I ordered 2 pillows from this company but they charged me for 4 pillows and 2 pillow cases. I DID NOT ORDER THESE! After arguing for 10 minutes with customer service where they offered an extended warranty instead of a refund, then a 25% refund and a warranty, and finally a 70% refund but I'd have to pay return shipping. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AS PROVEN BY THE SHEER VOLUME OF NEARLY IDENTICAL REVIEWS!

NOT HAPPY - AVOID THIS COMPANY
On 1st January, 2024, I ordered a Derila King Size pillow from the Derila website for $73.00 plus $13.00 postage. (It turned out to have insufficient filling for me, and be too small for my 'normal sized' pillow cases causing them to fold). The next day I received an e-mail from Derila encouraging me to purchase Derila pillow covers for the pillow - I ordered two for $36.00 plus $7.00 postage.
It turned out that the cases were for their standard pillow, and are way too small for the pillow that I had ordered.
On inquiring with Derila about returning them I was advised that I would have to send them to an address in Lithuania at my expence ($41.41) and that if I were to return to their sender ("Ausica" in NSW) - they would be returned to me.
On contacting Derila's Support Team - their replies have skirted around the issues, making unacceptable offers such as free Digital copies of a Huusk Cookbook, and a Nuubu Detox Guide // Donating the purchase price to Ukraine Hospitals for which I would receive a Certificate // a 20% discount on the purchase price of the covers // increased to 50% for the entire order. However, on querying the "entire order" I learned that it did not include the cost of the pillow, so I would receive $21.50. Following this latest offer I have been barred from contacting Derila Support - "The following recipient 'Derila Support'cannot be reached".
The pillow and cases are useless to me, and I am out of pocket for $129.00.

I ordered1 of their pillows but they changed the quantity to 4! I contacted them the next day to correct the quantity but they said the order was.already shipped. I got the 4 pillows. My wife tried it and it was horrjble! I attempted to return the 4 pillows but I needed to send them to Lithuania!!! The cost to ship them was more than what they charged me.
A total SCAM company.
