AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Do not order from this webpage. They are scammers. I ordered one pillow they charged me for 4. There were add on options so I thought great a pillow case and a cooling case they added 4! €189 charged to my account without my consent. I’m not sure
How this is permitted by PayPal. Not displaying the full total is illegal in the EU. I got the confirmation email and responded to their support immediately to cancel and they would not. Offered me 50% off to keep the order this was two weeks ago and still the full 50% has not been returned I’ve received €54 from an order I did not make in the first place! Disingenuous company.

I have regrettably just started my path down the road of the derila pillow scam. Ordered on July 18, they added on one pillow, one pillow case and one cooling case. I phoned right away and was told it was to late to modify, it was 15 minutes later. They also withdrew from my account thru PayPal very quickly. You have no recourse after you order. No cart comes up on the website so you cannot amend what is in it. I am waiting for order to come and will “return to sender” without even opening it. Then start to fight for a refund. Hopefully if derila is not forth coming with a refund PayPal will step in. The parent company Orbio World has dozens of companies under them running the same style of scam. I will be leaving reviews about this company every step of way. Will see how the rest of it goes.

I (regrettably) ordered 2 king size pillows from Derila. When the vacuum packed pillows arrived, were opened and allowed to expand they were about the size of standard pillows. After sending an email to Derila about the size received vs. the (Googled) size of king size pillows, they responded that the pillows received “were king size”. After 5 emails with no acceptable response, I advised I wanted a full refund! Their response was that I had to return the (incorrect) pillows at my expense, in the original packaging, before they would issue a refund… “full refund?” They were vacuum packed/shrunk and wouldn’t fit in the original packaging… if I still had it. I will not spend more money on return shipping. The incorrect items ordered were not my problem! Buyer beware! Many negative comments found after I trusted the order to be accurate and they have my money…

Deducted triple the amount i agreed on. Then refused refund. There is a Facebook group of Derila pillow scam with many members. Do not buy from DERILA.

I ordered From Derila.com by internet page a Derila Pillow, ordering date was 25the of May 2024.Supplier send me order confirmation number #02V1097. by email.

The pillow arrived 4th 0f July. I was not satisfied and decided to return it. I send an email to Derila and they response to me 7th of July and asked me to follow "return steps".

Then Elizabeth from Derila reposed to me and made a offer and discount if i dont return the pillow. But I already send the pillow to them and paid return fee. Parcel was in the post office for pick up but Derila never picked up the return item. Now the parce is coming back to me.

Also I send them an Email telling at please pick up the parcel whic contain the item I am returning. Derila never return to my email.

Today I went to see Paypal page if the return payment has arrived and found at the company name is Convenity UAB not Derila ????

So after all I feel at I am not getting adequate response from Derila. My mistake was tot to see qualifications from this page Traustpilot before ordering the pillow, because here in Trustpilot I can dee at this Derila has poor aftersales service.

Update 10.7.2024. Derila send me an email and Ask me to evaluate The pillow and I used this opportunity to give them feedback about poor service I received.
Quicly Derila responsed and send me a refund and Derila apolized poor service, they also send me a free gift. Also they ask me to update this evaluation here in Trustpilot.

Full Refund has finally come through after complaints lodged with my bank re credit card transaction and my initial bad review on Trustpilot.

Customer service was very slow to attend, but eventually all sorted.
Still will not go back.

I contacted Derila Sunday morning at 9:26 the day after purchasing the pillow at 4:25pm that Saturday to let you know I had accidentally clicked twice and ordered 2 pillows. I was told it was too late to return the pillow and would have to send the second one back.I then called customer service to explain that I am 69 years do not have a car and its a 50 minute walk
to where I would have to bring it back. I was told there was nothing you could do about it. I received an email June 9 explaining that you warehouse
had already sorted everything out. That is vague statement that really means NOTHING. Sure enough I received another email June 11 some 41 hours later telling advising me that " your order with Derila is carefully packed and ready for dispatch"You had plenty if time to send a 15 second email to the appropriate department to reduce the order to one unit but chose not to. The worst customer service possible. Not a mkistake juts bad people to do business with

A friend of mine, a girl in her twenties who was finally starting to recover from severe depression from a previous $150,000 scam (not by ORBIO WORLD) was charged almost $1000 for a $22 pillow by DERILA memory foam pillows of AUSICA UAB, that in turn belongs to ORBIO WORLD. That was her rent & food money & I saw my friend go rapidly downhill after that. It was simply the last straw for my friend who committed suicide a few weeks later. I wonder how many other poor souls in our world commit suicide because of ruthless, unethical practice's. this company is a scam!!!! my mom wanted me to order her a pillow from a link she sent me from Derila company, but the thing is when you want to make the order the first step they ask you, is if you want to pay through Apple Pay or Pay Pal which is a red flag because usually when you make an online order at any respectable brand they ask you for the payment options only at the very end, because first you need to put items in your cart and fill out your personal details, but if you want to purchase from this Derila company you need to first log in your payment option and then choose the item you want to buy and then fill out the information, so I logged through PayPal because I thought it was safest because PayPal always ask you to confirm your purchase, so I choose two pillows on sale and then they started bombarding me with different products, asking if I want to add them as well, after like ten products which was very shady because by clicking fast to get rid of them I accidently pressed on a pillow cover I didn't want. I tried to go back but it doesn't even let you see the items that you chose, then they asked me if I want to pay extra to insure my order something I've never even heard of so at that point I was like I think this is a scam and I don't want to complete my order so I just left it like that, didn't press any confirmation buttons to complete my order closed the tab and thought nothing of it, the next day I get an email from Pay Pal saying I was charged for two pillows and a pillow cover I didn't even want and when I tried to cancel the order through PayPal they told me, it's not possible cause the activity has been complete, this happened in less than 24 hours !!!! I am trying to get a refund from them but from what I read online that's probably not going to happen, I am leaving this review so you won't make the same mistake I did and someone should really do something about this company thay have been scamming people for years now.

*** Update: finally received my refund. I have increased the star rating as I believe when you receive a refund it’s equivalent to buying a good product. It just took soooo long *** I was promised a full refund by Joan Torres and have a an email to prove that. I have not received that refund.

These pillows are CRAP! They look nothing like the advertisement. They are small and flimsy. Submitted a request to return it and I have ti pay to post back to LITHUANIA!!!! God knows how much this is going to cost from Australia. Don’t know why I can’t return to the Weatherill Park “dispatch centre”. I would give NO STARS if that was an option.

This is a truly awful product with truly awful customer service I've been trying to get a refund since the day I accidentally ordered them which was months ago.
They refused to respond and then I found this wonderful website called Trustpilot, thank God. If you plan on posting anything about this terrible product do so on the link that has over 3,500 reviews.

I had already ordered and have been using this pillow and I think it is helping my sleep. My daughter has some sleep issues so I decided to order one for her. I ordered ONE pillow and got TWO. When I contacted the company, I learned the only way to return and get credit for one I did NOT order, I was told it had to be sent to Lithuania! They do not have a facility which will accept returns in the Good Ole USA! When I wrote back and asked how much it would cost to send this pillow to Lithuania, I received NO REPLY. It seems I am stuck with a product I did not order but had to pay for. They will not refund me.
My package from this company is still unopened and I will investigate what other recourse I have. They have a very poor rating with the BBB. Buyer Beware!
A case of good product but unfair business practice!

I recently placed an order for ONE pillow and was charged for TWO. It seems this happens alot with their orders! I immediately called to get this corrected and was on hold forever....when I did get someone they said it was already too late and the order was in process. But I could send the items back.....to Lituania!! Pillows are hard, uncomfortable and I do not want them! Do not order from this company. I want my money back but don't know if that will ever happen. POOR SERVICE, SCAM OF A COMPANY.

It was fairly easy to purchase the pillow/The only issue is to make sure you select th box with the right quantity as the default is 4 if you are not careful. The pillow itself is very comfortable. I would recommend the plus (king one which works all bed sizes. I used a different smaller one in the past but the larger one is much better than that. If you want a pillow case purchase it on website at the same time to make sure you get the correct matching size. I highly recommend it. Brian M.

Total scam with complicity of Australian logistics company who ship the pillows and online payment company who support Ausica UAB / Derila. Order quantity and payments manipulated from website. Customer service is non existent - answers to emails all appear to be AI robotic with no opportunity to cancel or amend orders. Be warned this is not an. online experience you want to be part of.
One Star is one too many!

The reviews say it all. Do not buy from this company. They don't show you whats in your basket, they charge you for things you don't purchase and it's a nightmare dealing with Derila. I'm reporting them to the ACCC and I've reported them to my banks fraud team. I've demanded a refund and cancelled the order so let's see what happens.

These pillows are absolute trash. Do not purchase them. They are not traditional sized pillow, are rock hard, and have a strong chemical odor. Instead of improving neck problems they will likely cause them. I tried to return them the day after we received them and was told I had to return them to LITHUANIA! And after reading other complaints about them I have learned that the Lithuanian address doesn’t even exist. Buyer beware.
