After having issues with treatment from a private dental company over the last 18 months and paying out alot of money, The dental law accepted my case and from initial contact to accepting my case was less than an hour. Leah was very polite and quick to respond. Here's hoping they can settle my case rather promptly.

So far, I have been extremely impressed with the care and professionalism of Dental Law.
I received a call the next day after completing a claim form on line. From my first contact with Jaine, I felt genuinely listened to and taken seriously. Jaine was extremely clear, helpful and respectful. Although my claim is in its early stages, I already feel confident that Dental Law understand the sensitivity and importance of me wanting to make a claim.

It took a number of years due to the nature of my case and was a frustrating situation, but the Dental Law Partnership took care of everything for me and Kyle kept me informed throughout the whole process. I have nothing but thanks for this team. From the initial phonecall I made when I had a query about the possibility of a claim... they have been nothing but professional, kind, calm and understanding of the issues I have faced. Nothing can really replace the pain and loss involved personally... but at least being heard - and hopefully some sort of justice can be an analogue. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing them... you'll be glad they exist too. My thanks to everyone at every stage of my complaint.

Handled my claim really well. Kept me updated regularly and were clear and concise with all information. I’d definitely recommend.

These clowns tried to sue me on behalf of a patient whom I had treated for years. The patient did not complain about me but another dentist. I was dragged into it by this rabble because their tactic is to throw as much mud as possible and see what sticks. The patient was told she might get tens of thousands of pounds in compensation. No mud stuck at all, as I knew it wouldn’t, as we were always a very decent and honest NHS practice and once the experts told these monkeys their case had no merit, it was dropped and the patient basically told to get lost. Once they realised they could make no money from her she was dumped. If you have a genuine case of dental neglect and unfortunately this does occasionally occur, I would advise not to use this outfit. They are also notorious within the dental profession for constantly trying to sue dentists over the slightest thing and losing. The legal indemnity companies that look after doctors and dentists are very aware of them and usually make a special effort to defend their clients by going to court and refusing to settle when they are involved as they know the cases are very often completely baseless and nothing more than a shameful attempt at obtaining an offer of a settlement to avoid the bother of going to court. If you have a genuine case you are more likely to get an offer to settle if you use a different solicitor. If you use this lot, as soon as the indemnity companies see their name, they tend to aggressively defend and take it all the way to court and they usually win, this bunch have a poor record of success in court. Be warned!

If you need a specialist dental solicitor this is the form to choose. Always professional and helpful, can't think of anything negative to say about them. I would strongly recommend them..

I spoke to Sally who was very clear & direct while also empathetic, reassuring and kind. I hope you pay her well! She's worth it. Talking to her & explaining what's gone on made me feel better because I felt listened to & heard. For a lot of us older, poor & worn out uglies this is increasingly rare. She made me feel justified in questioning the bad treatment I've faced. The horrible distress, anxiety, fear and mistrust caused by a whole series of bad dental practices were recognised as such giving me more confidence & hope to find a place where I'll be treated ethically & fairly.
