Listened to what I had to say .
Listened to what I had to say i was very anxious as no one in the practice have time for you .you can't speak to the practice manager you have to go through receptionists. So it was nice to someone to listen to you .I have 3 major issues with my new teeth that are not a year old yet I tried to ask if there is some form of guarantee but told no not on private consultation.

Very poor employers (personal oponion)
Very poor employers (personal oponion) left an Nhs job. Took job on Staff seemed nice not sure what i was to do neither were the people in charge ! I suppose it was work your way through it it would work out in the end. Willing to learn 27 years as senior nurse. Then Hr manager took a dislike for whatever reason and was out. Fortunately in life Karma will take hold of us and show us the way. I wonder when for these people who have plenty of money no feeling for the other human being.

Excellent service
The DLP can not be faulted in their sensitive care and commitment to my case. I would never have imagined that going to a dentist for care would end up with me having to take action action against them.
Tim my solicitor was kind caring and always quick to call me when I felt anxious which was often. Updates were regular, and concise. All the legal steps were explained to me in detail. I would highly recommended this company if you want a good outcome from your negligence case. Thank you again Tim.
