Worst service ever

Worst service ever. After 1.5h waiting for bottle of cola and pushing "cancel order" one lady from chat has said that I can't cancel, second lady was pushing that she will call a rider. After she couldn't reach him she finally cancel my order.
This should happen whit out 15min fight on chat.

So I ordered pizza with sugo through…

So I ordered pizza with sugo through deliveroo. They rejected my order and charged for it. I called restaurant they did not cancel it. Then i called deliveroo customer service and they told me my money will be back in 5 working days. She said sorry and that's it. No remorse. No solution. She was just silent... You have charged me and halt my money for nothing!!! You are bloody useless and have no respect toward your customers that's why you are a bankrupt in NL. If I can give zero stars I would! If my money won't be till Monday in my bank I take it to fraud department.

Bad service

For two times we ordered and didn't receive anything. We asked for the refund but we just loose our money. Bad bad quality of service and there isn't anyone to help us.

Deliveroo sucks!

Deliveroo sucks!! I made 2 different orders at 2 different times and dates at 2 different restaurants, twice the deliverooapp showed me that the delivery was made yet nothing was there. So money was payed yet no food was delivered. Very frustating service when you call them about it. You do get a refund but no appology.
Never again!

Worst delivery company in the NL

Guys, this company is not serious, you should better use JustEat, UberEats or any other option!!

1- The lead time for the Pizza restaurant I ordered was about 25-45 minutes. After paying it immediately changed to 100-240 MINUTES!!

2- the order was taking very long so I called to the restaurant and they told me the meal was ready for 30 minutes ago!! They were waiting for the courier!! Awesome!!!

3- My pizzas came completely cold, so I asked for the full refound. The reply was that they were giving to me a 7€ credit for the next order. NEXT ORDER!! Don’t make me laugh, i will never use this awful service anymore.

Do not order with Deliveroo!

Bestelnummer 8842 Do not order here, the delivery does not arrive. There is no one to call when the order goes wrong. This is the 2nd and last time ordering as both times the food did not arrive. They will steal your money and never deliver the food. Worst company ever!

We waited for 2 hours(!) for our food from the GOAT in rotterdam and after two hours we received a call that there was a mixup with our order and they would be willing to refund the money. After I try to explain that waiting for two hours and not receiving a meal is by default a refund and they should do something more (i.e reorder the food with priority, a voucher) they said that they cannot do anything and we may have better luck in the future… app deleted, they should understand that waiting for two hours and no food is something that needs compensation…

awful service

Their drivers some times don't even make an attempt at ringing the bell, and then just send you a message saying they couldn't find you, they don't do refunds and basically scam you out of your money in these situations.

What a terrible experience

What a terrible experience. The driver doesn't show up but they don't tell us anything. Over 2.5 hours later and we just cancelled and went and got it ourselves. Customer service was useless.

Uncivic, irresponsible social behaviour

A driver in his Scooter, riding in the wrong lane, crashed against my bike. He flew without giving me his insurance details. Neither the driver nor Deliveroo took their responsability. No civic behaviour from either of them. Will never use their services again. Their are a not socially responsible company, I hope with time these companies will be punished by the consumer and eventually disappear.

Ah! When the incident happened I immediately called. The guy on the other end not only refused to help me but discouraged me to make a report by the police (which I of course did anyway). Really reckless, malicious behaviour! Nauseating.

ATTENTION EVERY ONE THAT HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DELIVEROO I am going on a trip catered by deliveroo I have 100 ski masks but we are not going skiing there r only 25 places left I have been robbed twice make sure u watch out for that night and make sure you right down all addresss of restaurants that r well not really doing nothing for us deliveroo instead of holding back my money for 10 days hold it for 20 by the way only stone cold ready to do wat ever

Horrible customer service

The customer service is not only terrible, but also deceptive.
I took an order from a restaurant that gave me an incredibly small portion. I wanted to write a review but I closed the popup for mistake and there was no way of writing that review again, I lost it forever.

The customer service was deceptive and they tried to close the chat for being inactive for two minutes, and gave me evasive answers.

Just bad

Wow, what a service... Forgot to press the confirm button to enter the discount and no turning back from there. They refuse to give the discount afterwards and of course, no way to cancel an order, even 10 seconds after it is placed. Thanks for nothing! Both on the chat and per email customer service was totally unhelpful, answering next to the actual question to not try to help. Definitely not going to order with them anymore now.

Hit and miss

Given that the order was for hot food and Deliveroo failed to deliver hot food I found this rather insulting. Eventually they gave me some credit towards another order but even this doesn't compensate for having food that wasn't delivered in a condition as expected.
