Delche Gaming 

Placed an order for Donkey Kong for Switch 2. Sent tracking link on 16th July 2025. I am still to recieve the product and no response from seller in regards to delivery update.

This company is very bad, I placed an order on June 17th worth 489.94 pounds, but they neither delivered the order nor refunded my money, and today is July 24th and the money is gone, as is the product I purchased.It's missing. I've tried to contact them 6 times already but there's no answer from them, I found their number and called them three times but nothing works, no one picks up the phone and no one answers the emails my.

Buyer beware. I will keep this factual. If I could award zero stars I would. Ordered a PS5 on 25th June. On website at the time it said it was in stock. On 7th July got notification that my order had finally been dispatched and since then the Evri website has stated that they are still expecting the item. Have tried to contact the company 5 times via email or through their web portal with zero response. Am now having to instigate a charge back on my credit card (thankfully I used a credit card) as lack of response means I can only conclude that they are refusing to refund me. I would recommend thinking twice about ordering from this company.

Cancelled my order but still took out payments, had to contact the bank, didn’t get back to me by email within 24 hours. Haven’t given me a refund

Unreliable and incompetent service. The item I ordered was never shipped. At first the company were apologetic and promised to resolve the issue with a next day delivery. They failed again and stopped responding to all emails. I gave them ample opportunity to fix the problem, messaging and chasing them for over a month, but it seems they were unable to fulfil the order which they accepted payment for. I have had to seek a refund instead (pending).

Ordered a console which was apparently on back order a month ago. Every week their estimated back order date moves forward a week with no update or communication about when it'll be shipped. I've emailed multiple times with no reply and discovered that they cancelled my order yesterday without contacting me. No refund has yet arrived on my payment account.

Ordered switch 2 on back ordere 6th June knowing delivery would be end of June. Emailed beginning July to be informed delay with supply should be delivered within a week
2 weeks later nothing. No response
3rd email sent requesting cancellation & refund & contact form from website requesting cancellation & refund. Still no response
Finally gave in & contacted bank to raise a dispute which can take 6-8 weeks. Within an hour got notification from PayPal saying money was being refunded from Delche gaming. Looking at order status online now says it’s cancelled too.
Fingers crossed the money actually makes it back to my account.

Sadly, my experience mirrors many of the negative reviews below. I can only say to avoid this company, I think it’s a scam. See my timeline below:

Ordered a Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle on June 7th - I read the description so knew not to expect it until towards the end of June.

On 19th of June I noticed the description for new orders had changed to “orders placed after June 17th will be shipped on July 9th” - so I emailed to ask if my order had been allocated after they were giving a firm delivery date on new orders. The response was “ Upon checking your order can see it is set to be dispatched on the 30th June. Once dispatched tracking details will be emailed over to you.”

On July 1st with no tracking information I emailed again asking for tracking details. The response “ Tracking details have been emailed over and we are hoping to get this to you within a week. Of course, if you prefer the option of cancelling and refunding is always available.”

The tracking details provided on July 2nd continue to just say that Evri expect my item.

On July 16th I followed up again asking if they had a firm date on stock. I received no response. On July 21st I requested cancellation. No response to either email so I have no raised it with my credit card issuer

As I mentioned in my previous review, the lack of communication and suspicious behaviour from the company behind this website has been deeply concerning. I'm writing this update to help others who may be in the same situation.

If you're still waiting for your order with no tracking information, no shipping confirmation, and no response to your emails, I strongly urge you to raise a dispute with your bank or request a chargeback as soon as possible. This is the most effective way to protect your money and hold the company accountable.

Do not wait for them to respond they appear to be ignoring customer contact and failing to fulfil orders entirely. Let your bank investigate and take action on your behalf.

Additionally, report the business to Trading Standards and any other relevant authorities for violating UK consumer rights, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the Unfair Trading Regulations. This helps build a case and may prevent others from being affected in the future.

Please take these steps not just for yourself, but for everyone else struggling with this company. They are showing no willingness to take responsibility for their actions.

I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 for my son.
Pre-order said dispatch will be when it’s released, then an email saying it will be delayed until later in June so I want to wait
& I said yes that’s ok.
Delivery day came & went still nothing,
Update was it was delayed again,
Promised delivery again never came.
Was even given tracking details to which the courier said they hadn’t even received the package this went on for days.eventually I gave up found another 1 & asked for a refund as I want willing to wait any further time.
Then AFTER I ASKED TO GET A REFUND.
They posted it to me, which by then we already had one & refused the delivery from the courier.
I immediately emailed to ask Why they hadn’t refunded me & why they posted it after I asked for my refund & why I had an email saying my parcel was delivered?
Several emails later they are still ignoring me!
This has now been weeks.
Completely unacceptable & 100% Scammers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THIS WEBSITE!

I, like many other, placed an order for a Switch 2 from Delche on the 7th July (order 015899). It has now been 2 weeks without a single order or shipping update no matter how many times I have emailed or used the contact form.

Looking into the company, it is run by a 25 year old nepo baby and has a shaking history of constantly moving locations as per the Gov.uk company overview.

They have now updated the site to show Switch 2 on "back-order" AFTER so many people have ordered one without letting anyone who ordered one know that this is the case.

Please avoid this place AT ALL COSTS and ignore any of the botted positive reviews

Poor to zero communication with clients, take the money and don't deliver the products.

Ordered on 1st July a Switch 2 to be delivered on 9th July; still waiting and heard NOTHING back from the seller since the 11th July where they stated they're having delays...

If you're having multiple clients waiting for a delayed shipment, why would you still take new orders, only for them to be also disappointed?

Currently opened a dispute case with Klarna and hoping to get my money back from them.

Over 2 weeks Delayed Delivery still not heard anything yet from Maham Sandhu.
I ordered on 7th of July ps5 6 bundle, supposed to come in 3 days .

Where is My parcel?.??
When it's coming??? I have not given any updates.

I'm back to my review to Just to updating that after contacting them via various emails, still NOT HEARD anything yet .may be it's a fraud ? I will report my bank it's a fraud company. Because nobody is replying to my query and they kept my money without my parcel.

Okay, here's a bad review for Delch gaming store:
Baught ps5 and waited 2 weeks to be told its been cancelled.
I messaged them alot of times but recieved no support. I am now very angry and waiting for my refund

Delch gaming promise was not promised. Customer support was unresponsive, leaving issues unresolved. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn't live up to the hype.

I ordered a PS5 on the 29th of June and have not received to this date an update on my order or even a shipping date , absolutely NOTHING this is disgusting and out of order!

I placed an order for a ps5 on the 27 June. I still haven't received the order and I've asked for it to be cancelled and a refund to be issued but they are not responding back to my emails now. They have my money and product. This was for my son's birthday on the 14 July and unfortunately he now has to wait until my next pay day for me to be able to get him something. Extremely disappointed and will never use this company again.

Preordered a switch 2 and was given a specific deport date twice which they missed both times. I finally got it from Curry’s so asked for a refund, and 21 days later I’ve received nothing. They are now ignoring my emails as well. AVOID

I cancelled a pre-order for a Nintendo Switch 2 and was told by Delche Gaming via email that my refund would be processed within 7–10 working days. It has now been 10 working days, and I still haven’t received my money or any update.

I followed up with them by email, and unsurprisingly, they haven’t responded at all. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely stressful — especially considering the amount of money involved.

Thankfully, I paid through Klarna, who are now aware of the issue and have confirmed they will escalate it if the refund isn’t processed within 21 days. I’m glad I used a payment provider that offers some protection, because I would not trust Delche Gaming to resolve this on their own.

I’ve done everything right as a customer, and yet I’ve been left ignored and out of pocket. I won’t be ordering from them again — and I strongly recommend others do their research before handing over their money.

I ordered a switch on June the 22nd, didn’t get shipping info so I emailed and 3 separate times, it has been one of the most stressful online orders I have ever had, mobile doesn’t work either. Taken £408 for nothing
