I’ve emailed 4 times now with no response. I cancelled my order then they finally sent the item, after I had bought it elsewhere. Still no, reply to my cancellation so I’ll need to go down the bank route as I paid on credit card

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 back in May 10th, iv waited so long for this console for my daughter that iv asked to cancel order and for a full refund of money i paid.im still awaiting my refund and it's been 2 weeks now I'm not getting any replys to my emails now.
I'm going to get in contact with my credit card company now for them to deal with this company,I strongly recommend anyone not to buy anything from this company as it seems from these other reviews that this company is dodgy.

Wish I’d have read all previous reviews and I wouldn’t have fallen for purchasing the switch 2 from this company for my son’s 18th birthday. 3 months in and they have cancelled my order but not received any refund what so ever. Replied too to emails and ignored the rest. I don’t have much money and saved for this item. Absolutely disgusted that they can get away with ripping people off like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Complete Scam, ordered a switch 2, got told it would be delayed, that was fine, but then it gets delayed and delayed again and eventually the merchant stopped responding, cancelled my order and did not return my money, I have filed a claim with my bank, do not, for the love of god, use this website.

Don’t waste your time. I ordered broken sword around 2 weeks ago. Apparently I was set to receive it on release day, that was a week ago. I have been messaging them for 2 weeks and have had zero response. Now I have to wait another week before disputing the order with my bank. Look at the people reviewing. They’re bots. They all review the same companies!

It’s also funny that when you actually look at two particular reviews that are silly enough to leave Royal Mail tracking numbers, the shipping address’ are both different and at opposite ends of the country… at least get your data straight if you are going to leave bogus reviews.

But don’t fear Maham, Trading Standards have been notified. If I were you, I’d refund the people who you ripped off before you’re inside for fraud and theft. It may ease your pain and put you in the good books with God.

Just complete scammers. Paid for my order, patiently waited weeks before contacting asking for an update. I contacted through the site page and directly to the official email they provided on their page. Have contacted them multiple times since and still no response.

Been 2 months now and I still haven't got my £300 back.

Please ignore all positive reviews. They are likely fake. I'm genuinely just trying to save you the hassle and potential theft of your money. Please just avoid!

Bought a PS5 on 30th June and was told it would be shipped on the 11th, with 2-4 days of waiting, with no tracking number or any type of efficient communication. Refunded on the 17th and was told refund would take 10 days. It is now the 29th and no refund in sight. Poor communication, please do not buy from here if you value your time

Delche Gaming used to be the place to go for great deals on all things gaming. I’d used them in the past without issue. Suddenly, something has happened to the company and there has been no communication.

I’ve been waiting on a pre-ordered game releasing in August and I just happened to be on the Shop app when I noticed my order had been cancelled. I’ve contacted them to ask why but have had no reply. My order also states I was refunded but no payment has gone into my account, which it is now over a week since the order was “cancelled”.

Their registered address has changed twice since April which is a potential red flag.

As such, I would strongly urge anyone to avoid this company. Something is not right and with no communication from them, we can only assume those waiting for refunds will not get them.

Ordered a Switch 2 on 30th May (order 014258). They emailed saying it would arrive 27th June, which I accepted. Nothing arrived then… A week later Maham Sandhu replied to my email saying it would be another week. I accepted. That time slot came and went.
My subsequent emails and attempt to contact have all been ignored. On the 24th July they cancelled my order with no communication - I found out by manually checking the order. It’s been 5 working days and I haven’t seen a penny back. I’ve opened a case with Virgin Bank’s fraud squad.

Ordered Donkey Kong months ago. Minimal communication. Told I would expect delivery by 24th. Still no game. No responses to emails. I would stay clear.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 at the start of the month, was on back order and supposed to be sent out on the 23rd of July but they cancelled my order on the 22nd of July with no email explaining why it was cancelled, no refund sent back to me either. I have sent various emails since and had no reply. I am out over 400 pound, site is a scam it seems.

My donkey Kong game was late also was waiting for my switch 2 since which they decided to cancle without telling me would not recommend

Absolute scam of a company, don’t buy been a month since I should’ve got my refund haven’t responded to any of the 6 emails I’ve sent

Ordered switch 2 couple months ago still haven’t received it and not replying to my emails yet they are widely available to buy in ships now

Scammers.. Never posted, contacted them and told them to cancel the order, which was placed with Klarna. Klarna payments continued as they never actually cancelled it and no response after that..

Shame I've even had to give 1 star!
Ordered a pre-order on the 16th May for the Switch 2 MK bundle that they stated would be sent late and gave a date of dispatch for 27th/28th of June - no problem, agreed to this due to their pricing and initial communication.
...then nothing.
Sent emails, filled out their online form.
Nothing...
Had to raise a case through PayPal which closed in my favour on the 27th July.
No communication from these at all - happy to receive your order and money, but not even bothered with an update email or an apology and refund.
Time consuming and unnecessary. Such a shame.
I would avoid using them. Just glad I used a method such as PayPal for payment as was covered.

One of if not the worst company I have ever dealt with. I recommend NO ONE PURCHASES THROUGH THIS SHAMBOLIC SCAM OF A COMPANY. I wish to God I had read the reviews before I ordered. SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE OF EXPERIENCE AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY. After nearly 3 months and having paid £395 for a switch 2 and sending DOZENS OF EMAILS, most of which were NOT answered I asked Amex to step i. And investigate this rogue company and get me a refund. Delche or whatever name you go by you should be ASHAMED of your unethical ways of ripping people off!!!!!!!!!
