I bought a PS PORTAL LIMITED EDITION, I paid for it with CLEARPAY. I made the purchase on August 19th and to date I have not received anything!….. not even an email telling me where my package is or any information, I wrote many emails and none of them responded!…. damn scammers…. now I am opening a case through clearpay, I hope to get my money back!……. do not buy from this damn store, they are a scam because they do not even have a phone number or address to make a claim

I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 and was given 2 dates for delivery of which nothing appeared and was not contacted about anything regarding a further delivery date. I then cancelled my order and was told I would get a refund within 7-10 working days. That was 7/7/25 and I am still waiting for the refund and could not get a response from them when I followed this up. I am now pursuing this through my bank. I would not use them again and would advise anyone else not to either. Charlatans ,

My partner ordered a Switch 2 as a surprise for me for my birthday. They took a deposit and two days after it was due to arrive my partner checked with the website and they had cancelled the order. No contact, no reason and no refund. After multiple emails and attempts at contacting the company, all met with silence, we are now seeking legal action against the company. A complete scam. AVOID.

Scammed me £190.

I put the 1st payment through via Klarna on the 2nd July for a PS5 Pro, they took first payment out of my bank. On the 19th July, I haven't heard any updates, so tried to reach out via customer support email (only way to contact) no reply. Sent multiple other emails through their cuatomer support, no response. I then check via Shop app, and the order has been cancelled. But the klarna payments are still going. Reported on klarna, and attempted to reach out again, no response. It is now the 20th of August with no reply, and they've resumed the klarna payments after declining the refund. So all in all paying £600 over 3 months for absolutely NOTHING. Definitely a scam company who doesn't value customers and can't be bothered to reply to emails. I've sent 5 emails, no reply to ANY of them.

Ordered PS5 on 13th July and a extra game, been on backorder ever since. The date keeps changing now it's showing 08/08/25 which has already passed. I have written 10 emails asking what going on and the last one asking for a refund and not had one reply, silly me paid with a prepaid MasterCard and I can't claim for a refund basically I've lost over £400 so you have been warned.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered a switch 2. Was pre ordered and was promised I would get it by end of June. I emailed the company and they sent an email saying I could cancel, so it was cancelled 9th july. I emailed them many times asking could they plz send my refund or a switch 2. Never heard from them again. Rip off artists real con men.

Bought a game a few months ago everything OK so I pre ordered 3 games which never arrived. Emailed twice with no response no refund offered had to get credit card company involved. Scammers be warned avoid at all costs.

I pre-ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 and 2 games in May. To this date I have not received my order despite the money being taken in full. All emails have been ignored as to when I would be receiving the late product. There is no phone number to call. I am currently trying to get the money back via my credit card company for this fraudulent activity.

Pre-ordered a game, release date passed by nearly a week with no sign and no response to emails. Chargeback claim raised.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. They took my payment and then stopped responding to my emails. I chased them two or three times for an update, only to later discover that they had cancelled my order without any explanation or even sending me an email.

I waited weeks before requesting a refund, and only did so after I saw the order was cancelled. I had to go through Klarna to request it, yet the refund is still not processed. It’s now been over a month since I placed the order, and I still have no refund, no explanation, and no communication from them whatsoever.

Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous experience.

Bought my daughter a switch 2 for her birthday over a month ago and never received anything. Requested a refund and still nothing. Nobody is replying to my emails either.

Please do not order from this company.

Maham Sandhu responded to my emails sent to delche gaming regarding my Ps5 pro order after waiting nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive. After contact I was sent 2 tracking numbers which sat at the waiting for the seller to send us the parcel stage.

When I asked for a refund the communication stopped and PayPal stepped in and granted my refund.

Thank you PayPal 🙏🏻 I hope this shop gets shut down asap.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 from Delche Gaming, and when the parcel arrived, I was shocked. The outer packaging was damaged, and the Switch 2 box was already opened. The tape was cut, and it clearly looked like someone had tampered with it before it reached me. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new.

I emailed them multiple times. They replied only twice, but their responses didn’t admit any fault. Instead, they just tried to justify the situation, as if it was normal. No real apology, no explanation, no proper solution.

This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be buying from Delche Gaming again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Still waiting 3 months later for a refund!!

I placed an order in June for a switch 2. The delivery date came and went so I sent several emails, but despite empty promises nothing arrived. I waited a further 4 weeks until I finally requested a refund. They have not responded to any of my correspondence since. I am still out of pocket and my children are still without a switch.
Terrible company, pleaswbe careful. I will be reporting them.

Ordered a switch 2 in May told it wouldn’t arrive till late June, I had no issue with that. It then got to mid July no contact from them about any further delay so I emailed them got no response. Raised the issue with my bank got a full refund from them. My bank just now in August has informed me that they have disputed my claim so bank is still investigating, and still no communication from them. Rubbish company with rubbish customer service. Avoid at all costs

I've ordered a 30th edition PS5 controller which never arrived,after multiple times emailing them with no further response I understood they're proper scammers!
This is really frustrating...

I've ordered a PS5 Pro from this company. I've placed this on a backorder after asking them when this would be dispatched. They gave me fairly close date so I went ahead.

They were very responsive until the point they created the shipment label. The order hasn’t been picked up since 7th of July and today is 16th. They never responded to my emails what's going on.

I've specially paid with Klarna, just to avoid the hassle to get my money back as I've seen the reviews here but the price was very tempting.

Since then, I've got my PS5 Pro from Argos so Mr Maham Sandhu, don't even bother to send me anything.

Please avoid this company. I used them a few times for games which did arrive and they appeared reliable however I have since had games not arrive, no response to emails querying this and numerous requests to cancel preorders have been ignored.

TLDR; Ordered a PS5 Pro, waited 3 weeks, no response from their support email address, no PS5 Pro, they cancelled my order with no refund issued. Had to dispute via my credit card company.

I ordered a PS5 Pro back on 5 July. I knew it was ‘back ordered’ at the time of purchase stock apparently due a week later (12/13 July). That date came around and the date moved back around a week to the 18 July. Come the 21 July it was saying 8 August. I emailed support on 21 July and received no response. I checked my order on 23 July and it was showing as cancelled with “refunded”. I emailed support again. I waited 2 more days, still no response from support and no refund. In the end, I contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute to get my money back.

I internally debated whether to order from Delche Gaming at the time — (I normally stick to well known reputable vendors) but the nearly £100 saving swayed me along with reasonably positive TrustPilot reviews (at the time, a flood of negative since!) and some positive Reddit posts. Wish I hadn’t, but glad I ordered via credit card. Also wanted to leave this review (I very very rarely leave reviews on anything) so others can learn from my mistakes.
