Delche Gaming 

Initially, they seemed trustworthy. I had placed a few pre-orders with them and always received my games, albeit with slight delays. They were proactive in providing updates and even offered small refunds to compensate for the delay. However, with my pre-order for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Deluxe Edition (PS5), there was complete silence. They ignored every email and message I sent. I have since had to contact my bank to try and reclaim my money, and I hope the process will be successful. The worst part is I have one more pre-order with them, and I have no confidence I will ever receive it.

Don’t deal with the company is scam company and if u make orders you never get and no refund please gays don’t

Preordered metal gear solid delta. No tracking no reply. Over a week since release. Luckily I’ve paid with clear pay so they have raised a dispute. Don’t use this company.

If I could rate it a minus I would . They take your money and supply you nothing . Dont reply to any correspondence anywhere and your left out of pocket having to raise a dispute via your bank . Will never recommend nor buy here again

My son pre-ordered a Switch 2 with Delche Gaming in April 25 but never received the order. We messaged on numerous occasions and were promised it would be sent but to no avail. We then requested a refund which was promised but never sent even though we have chased and chased.

What type of company takes a teenage boys hard earned pocket money (over £400) and refuses to send it back. This is a lot of money to him and he is very upset about this.

I would not recommend this company to anybody and the lack of response to other bad reviews on this site says it all about Delche gaming customer service or complete lack of it.

I am now in dispute with Delche gaming through clear pay.

They have taken money. Given no tracking number. Responded to no emails, nothing!

Like many others have Said they promised to be quick and give information about the delivery. They have done no such thing.

They do tracking through the shop app. They have no information on delche gaming.

If you have paid with ccard I would now start trying to get your money back.

Pre-Ordered Kirby and the Forgotten Land when it was revealed. Was an August 28 release, as of September 3, no communication at all and no shipping despite asking about order status multiple times.

Previously ordered Mario Party Jamboree and MarioKart World, which did arrive, but with delays and a broken game case for MarioKart World, which they said they would make an attempt to replace, but did not.

Avoid.

Ordered metal gear over a month ago didn’t get delivered on the day of release emailed countless times no reply from them at all, I want my £80 back what sort of business is this avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM DELCHE GAMING!!!! I ordered the Metal Gear Solid pre-order for my brothers birthday and when it wasn't shipped at the stated time I started to do some digging and was horrified when I read the comments below! When I go to track my order through the Shop app, nothing appears.
Luckily I paid through Clearplay so if they don't send it within 7 days of me contacting them, I can start a refund. Such a hassle, why don't they just let the customers know what happening behind the scenes?!

Pre-ordered mgs delta two days before the release date 28th August. Site said it would be delivered by the release date but it didn't arrive. I have emailed and messaged and they haven't replied to any of my requests so I've contacted clearpay and raised a dispute with them to get my money back. Still have to allow 7 days for Delche Gaming to respond but I will get a refund from clearpay if they haven't sent out the game. I wanted to give a zero rating, that's how bad I think this company is, especially when they say they will respond to emails/messages within 24 hours. Avoid this company!

Pre ordered MGS delta all the way back in February. Haven’t had any confirmation of shipping and they haven’t responded to any emails enquiring about the delivery.

They state in their website that all pre orders will be shipped in time to arrive on release day which is just a blatant lie. They also state that they will reply to customer service emails within 24 hours which is also not true.

Summary : This company is totally unreliable and unwilling to help customers.

I preorderd Metal Gear Solid Delta Deluxe Edition for PS5 in February but have received nothing from them when release date was 28th August. No communication on shipping or tracking. I've contacted them several times and they have not responded. Item was supposed to be dispatched before release date for arrival on release date. AVOID

Have used before on with no problems, doubt I’ll buy from again.

use this company, I preordered Metal gear solid delta in june and they took payment straightaway, come release date no game was sent, i waited a week and no game was sent and not one single reply to the 10 emails i sent them! Please avoid them as they are a scamming fraudlent company

Lost Soul Aside pre order. No updates, no replies to email and little chance of refund as paid through Klarna. Evil company.
Also know a guy who never received a Switch 2 he ordered from here.

Where is my game its state on you site it will be delivered on the release date and according to the order its still not even dispatched yet and i can see you clearly don't care about your customers as there isn't a single reply from Delche on these reviews on trust pilot

I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 game console and they canceled my ordered but push through with my payments. Did not deliver my ordered and did not return my money. Fraud and Thief!!

Pre-ordered MGS DELTA for PS5 back in December, have not received any update on game being shipped, tracking, no response to emails this week regarding tracking. Have failed on there "All Pre-Orders are dispatched before release, and you should receive by launch day (Unless stated otherwise, or is in back-order status)" statement from their preorder faq. Beware. Will not use again. Actioned to refund, not holding breath.

I pre ordered metal gear solid delta on PS5 for delivery on 23rd August 2025 and I've never recieved any updates on my order and on the day of release.... nothing...despite me sending Delche Games soo many messages I've had no reply... if I could give them minus score would I will never use them again!!!!....i want my money back!!!...customer service ... what customer service...I'm a first time customer to use Delche Games.... i won't be using them again....I've opened a dispute case against them .... please avoid avoid avoid....here's an update... since raised a dispute against Delche Games I had to wait 2 weeks to give them a chance to reply... guess what ... nothing soo i have been refunded by Clearpay and all I can say is avoid because Delche Games are scam artists
