A really unhelpful company
A really unhelpful company. Sent a damaged item and then told me to send it back for inspection before issuing the refund but told me the packet must be unopened. How could I discover it was damaged without opening?!? Bad company. AVOID.

Responsive and affordable
My parcel got lost and i got quite frustrated thinking i had been scammed. Their customer service was very responsive but not very helpful - I asked for tracking details so many times. I eventually got the item-it was packaged well and is of excellent quality so i have no complaints on that front. they just need to be better at communication and managing orders. Scammers
Be careful, they scammed me. They never delivered my order and never refunded me. I sent several emails, but they never replied. Most of the 5-star reviews seem to be fake or bought.
They know my order number, cause I emailed them several times. This response is just to mask the scam business they are running.

Vi förstår din oro, men enligt både svensk och dansk konsumentlagstiftning ska en reklamation göras inom rimlig tid efter att ett fel har upptäckts, och det måste tydligt kunna visas att det rör sig om ett ursprungligt fel – alltså ett tillverkningsfel – och inte ett som uppkommit genom normalt slitage eller användning.
I ditt fall gäller det en skada som har uppstått efter en tids användning och som därmed inte omfattas av reklamationsrätten enligt lagens definitioner. Därför kan vi tyvärr inte godkänna reklamationen.
Tveka inte att höra av dig om du har ytterligare frågor.

Average... could be better
Ordered a chair and floor protection to have under it.
Delivery was fast, made the order on a Friday and got my things on the next Tuesday.
Products in themselves are OK, the chairs neck support are made with waste material and could have been made to extend another cm at least without adding more material (and I could have used that for MUCH more comfort). The schematics are on the other hand a waste of paper and also want you to put it together in the wrong order for it to be smooth and easy.
If it was not for the poorly made schematics and the neck support thing this would have been a 4 or 5 in my opinion but I can not rate it as such with these products that sadly is a reflection on the company and the person responsible for intake.

I will never again buy something from them.
Made 1 order (value 5000kr) on the 16 of December 2024 and only got the package today 27 Januar 2025.
Had to send several emails for more then 1month to see if i would get the package.
They do not have any telefone contact and the response to my emails were always several days after i sent them.
The awnsers were always made in a way that looked like they were doing a favor to me.
There is several differente companies that can satisfy our requests with much better outcome.
Personal advise, if you can find another company to buy from, just go for it.

Dont buy from here!
Sadly, I bought a product, waited more than two weeks, and received nothing! I contacted customer service, and they could not help me. This is beyond madness. There is 0 professionalism here. If something happens, you will not get any help. If I had known, I would never have bought anything from here. So be aware that if something goes wrong, it GOES REALLY WRONG.

Customer service deserves 0 star
If only i could give a 0 star! I am frustrated with their service order # 303859.
1. Product purchase: Smooth shopping experience. However, when I realised the product does not meet certain criteria, I informed their customer service within an hour to not process the order. Due to company policies they couldn't cancel it (which I understand) and I agreed to return after receiving it.
2. Product Delivery: I paid extra to get it delivered at my doorstep. Their logistics partner DB Schenker sent me multiple messages to book a time. Whenever I clicked on the link the only information I got was to collect it from their terminal 10 km away from my home. Finally I had to call DB Schenker to schedule a delivery - this need for action was nowhere mentioned!
3. Return & Refund - Now it has been over 7 weeks that I have returned the product and the refund has still not been processed! They don’t respond when I follow up.
All in all, a horrible experience. Buy only if you are extremely sure of what you are getting into!
