False advertising
I noticed a ‘Klösträd med Stege’ for cats, priced at 399 SEK with FREE SHIPPING, on Google. I promised my daughter that I would pay for it. However, when I tried to check out, I was forced to pay the shipping fee. This sneaky tactic doesn’t sit well with me, and I’m sure it doesn’t with many others either. If I hadn’t promised my daughter, I wouldn’t have bought it.

Scam company.
Scam company.
Ordered office chair. Always in stock 1-3 day delivery.
Take money directly from credit card before shipping, obvious scam company.
21 days later, several emails, several attempts to telephone, order not shipped. I tried to cancel several times but no one answers so must do charge back via credit card.
Do not fall for their decent prices or product range, none of it is real. At best they are a scam drop shipping company direct from China.
Zero communication, zero customer service. I will advise trading standards and polisen.
Hey guess what they answered. They "might" kanske be able to cancel my order...... First its in stock 1-3 delivery, still has not been shipped, no tracking number, my credit card was charged upon order, not shipping. This is the worst company I've dealt with in Sweden and absolutely breaking so many distance trading rules. Please be careful.
Update 9 arbetsdagar later still no refund. They promised 7 days which is already BS. They get more days then i elevate claim to MasterCard.
It would seem all their office furniture is fake and they hold zero stock in Sweden. Probably 60 days slow shipping from China.
Last comment. Getting my money back through Klarna. 10 more days wait.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I received a broken recycling bin from them and filed a complaint. Then after 4 days they come back to me with 20 percent discount for a totaly useless product. Now I am still waiting for they reply and also filed a complaint to Konsumentverket.

They send a product that was broken on dilevery. I reported this to them but never received any reply or service, just silence. It's been 1 month now and I take the loss but cannot recommend you buy from there. Expect NO customer service if any issues.

Ordered item 19.5.2024 it said delivery takes 3-5 days still waiting they haven’t even send it? I messaged to the customer service they replied that they will look into it and still nothing order just says that is being prepared sounds like a scam to me! Seems like i have to start calling there
