Hi, I am trying to book appointment for airport transit VISA and not able to get appointment from last one month searching every day and I don't see nearby appointments where my air tickets booked through Lufthansa. I feel there is no proper organized thing in tlscontact where only three appointments it lists(8:30, 9:00 and 14:30). I am not sure only those timings, why other slots not available?? Don't know when the cancelations get updated, daily keep on checking and there is no clue. Not sure the fault from German Embassy regularities or TlsContact people.

And one more thing only some countries are asked for Airport transit VISA, already settled Nationals in UK with other nationalities, if so why cant they arrange for Electronic VISA or fast track one.

TLS contact is taking advantage of their clients!
Their mission is to charge you extra when you least expect it.

I turned up to my appointment and waited for more than an hour to be seen. I then submitted all my paperwork just to be told I was missing one piece of paper which I had on my phone. The lady there told me I had to rebook my appointment for another 2 weeks, which would mean I would miss my trip all together, offering no sort of help.
Then she offered me their premium service, which I refused since I was already waiting there for an hour. (They can check cctv too!)
Then I spoke to the manager who told me go to print my missing paperwork on the printer (cost 20p per page).
I returned with my printed paperwork only to be told that my only option to proceed would be to pay £50 extra and take a premium service!
I felt like they used me and took advantage of the fact that I had to apply my visa today and paid £50 extra for one piece of paper to print!
I asked for employee’s name to make an official complains but I was refused!
The experience was horrifying and the system is rigged to take an advantage of people.
