Purchased an item for £9.99 on 1st April. Goods not received. On 4th April another £24.99 was taken from my credit card without my authority. I have contacted my card and raised a dispute.
There must have been many fake reviews on their page.
I have emailed them but don't expect a reply.

I did get a reply to my email and was told that the account subscription can only be created manually and that they do not sell the electrical item I purchased.

Complete scam!!! Like the other reviews on here ordered something for £9.99 and without agreeing was signed up for a regular subscription fee of £24.99. I have notified my bank and immediately blocked/cancelled said bank card. Also I have sent 2 messages on their contact email address although not expecting any reply (allegedly within 24 hours according to their page).

SCAM!!!! deliberately makes it appear that you are purchasing an item for a good price, once purchase confirmed you recieve an email confirming a subscription not a purchase. I screen shot the order to prove this to the authority.

Absolute SCAM. Regardless of what they may say about a subscription you have agreed to, they are lying. If they were offering a subscription they would have to, by law, hav to inform the person they have taken money from, who they are, their address and exactly what is is they claim you have agreed to in a durable form i.e. email, letter, text message etc
In this information should be a clear outline of all costs and how these costs will be collected. In addition they should also explain how you can cancel the subscription and claim a full refund.
This obligation is clearly explained in the Consumer (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014

total scam - DO NOT USE!!!!! Goods never arrive & you are automatically signed into some kind of subscription without knowing, it is then taken from your bank account fortnightly Luckily i noticed it, queried it & my bank refunded me & reported this company as fraud. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEM.

Scam. Bought a slide online and got scammed. They tried to charge me a subscription but got declined by my bank.

SCAM ON FB
Bought an item for £9.99 and immediately got signed up for a subscription without my knowledge, I cancelled straight away and rang my bank and they blocked my card. Whether I receive the item or not remains to be seen.

Scam alert you think you're buying a product they then sign you up for a subscription to electronic site. SCAM
