Never had a problem and in fact have gone out of the way to help fill my order.

Very helpful sales support - patient and knowledgeable re product. Order arrived promptly, but more than we ordered were sent. When we called report error and to arrange to return the additional ones we received an apology and were asked if we would like to keep them as spares! These spares have been really useful following pet accidents. Will in future order more than we need for those whoops moments from those we love.

We ordered new floor coverings (carpet tiles and non slip flooring) for our bowling club renovations. DCTUK was very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided advice based on the usage of the various areas of the clubhouse. All materials were delivered within the timescales that they committed.

Just what I wanted. Not particularly thick but still really pleasant to walk on in the bedroom and it looks so much smarter. Glad I chose the carpet tiles.

Bought some budget carpet tiles for the bathroom as the original carpet was shabby. Bought the tiles and spray adhesive. All arrived in double quick time, had them cut, glued, and laid the next day... The bright colour lifted the bathroom decor brilliantly. A good deal at a great price👍

I purchased Nouveau Essentials carpet tiles for our conservatory some time ago, we where so pleased with them and the service of DCTUK that I am ordering another batch for our garden room.

We used DCTUK for carpet tiles for our new garage conversion gym. They had a massive amount of options and colours but we went for a light grey tile at a fantastic price. They worked out how many we needed and the delivery was very quick with great comms all the way. The tiles themselves were great quality, hard wearing and looked great with an alternate pattern on our gym floor. All in all, a great product, great reliable company and fab customer service. Would without a doubt use them again. Thanks

What ever it was I bought I am certain it was great

Ordering and delivery were easy for 40 commercial grade carpet tiles. They are now laid on a concrete floor in our little dining room. The first thing we noticed was that the room felt warmer! They are very comfortable and quiet to walk about on. Further if there is a food spill they are very easy to clean. The warm dark orange colour goes well with the furniture.

I received some samples from DCTUK very quickly and loved them so much that I ordered a box of carpet tiles for my motorhome - all done now and what a transformation ! Would highly recommend these guys , good courteous fast service and competitively priced.

I was looking for a floor covering for our newly decorated Board Room & was struggling to visualise what would look good over such a large area whilst keeping within budget. Thankfully I was able to order plenty of samples and spoke to a very helpful Commercial Sales Executive, Heather Davies, who advised my on the various products I was exploring as well as what adhesive would be required.
