Great competitive price
Very easy to use website, and offered a great, very competitive price. Have not so far had any contact with a call centre or human being with the insurance provider, so just withholding one star until then.

To be honest I did 95% of the leg work…
To be honest I did 95% of the leg work … Didn’t speak to a human at all. Guided myself through the whole process. Then received various emails with links to register for an online account where ALL my documents are held. So, again I did that all by myself. I dread to think how a non digital person (older generation) would cope with doing this purely online process for insurance.
