Why is this company still open after ripping all of us off!!!!!! 6 months still nothing. If you call enough they answer and then they hang up on you. Complete scam. What can we do?? It’s too late to fight the credit cars charge so basically I’m fcked

Ordered MSD part on December 1st of last year and part was on backorder , which I understood, as Holley also said it was on their website. When it became available on Holley site, I called Dana Port and they said itwould ship within a week. Needless to say it never shipped. I asked for a refund in June and now keep getting the runaround almost a year later. Too late for it to be canceled from credit card. Unlike other good suppliers that don't charge your card until shipment, these ripoffs take you money and run.

Ordered parts, never came.
Now paying for a loan for parts I never received. 6 emails, just get automated message. Been 2 months no correspondence at all. Nobody ever answers the phone, or returns calls. Leads me to believe they are a scam.

Having same problem as everyone else. Ordered tires site said in stock, after not getting them cancelled order, but charged for order and getting automatic reply that accounting is working on it. They don't pick up their phone either.

If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered tires from them. I called before even ordering them to confirm they were in stock and would ship right away. They said yes. Ordered in July 2022. Still not here as of Sept. I called for status twice. Gave me BS story then another date which was a week out for shipment. Never showed up again. Asked to cancel order Sept 29,2022 via email. I called and left message. No return call.. They said it should be refunded with in 5-7 days via email. Oct 20 still nothing. Not answering phone, just keep saying accounting team will review and get back to me via email. STILL NOTHING. Very bad business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. You will regret it if you order something from them. Most businesses don’t even charge your card until it ships, they did everything backwards and refuse to pay back.

If I could go less than one star I would do not purchase anything from these people, they are nothing but criminals I still can't believe they're still in business, danger stay away from that website. Still can't get my $670 refund from them. I need to shut the site down.

Do not purchase anything from Dana Port they kept my $800 never received my tires and I'm fighting to get my money back

They are scammer they will take your money you will get nothing these people mom's didn't raise them wright.

This company is a complete scam. What is really frustrating is that despite the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the numerous online companies like trustpilot, this company continues to defraud the public. If you have ordered from them and want your money back, you need to dispute the credit card company or Bank within 120 days.

This company never shipped order I placed and has not refunded me either!!!!

Please stay away from Dana Port I ordered a Cam Kit for my car for 1500 and never received it they kept pushing back my order date for months this place is a scam

These guys are a scam ordered a 8000 dollar supercharger for my mustang in May and still no product or response from them and when you do reach someone which was in the beginning June/July now its October and still nothing order always delayed.Complete rip off don't even buy a 3 dollar light bulb from them

Beware!!!! Scam alert!!! Same as all the other reviews. Placed on order the order kept on getting delayed for weeks. Then I cancel my order and no refund was issued. It’s a huge scam..

Danaport Racing(distribution) is running a scam. Sell items said to be in stock. Then they run the delays game in an attempt to beat your credit card chargeback limits. AVOID these crooks. They may be posting positive fake reviews. The positive ones are likely fake. VISA needs to stop these scammers.

ugh. Reading all these NOW makes me sick. I wish i would have checked before. Exactly the same experience as other reviewers. They kept telling me my fender liners were on backorder (which i believed because of supply chain issues). And now that i've canceled and asked for a refund, nothing. (a $400 refund) Been receiving the same stock 2 emails for the last month. will definitely use the link others have posted to file a report.

Ordered a product in June, everytime I emailed I got the run around about the manufacturer pushing back the ship date. I finally spoke to the manufacturer, the item was in stock. Tried calling and emailing Dana Port...crickets. DO NOT ORDER from them. I was able to get my money back by disputing the charge.

I wish I would have read before I ordered!! 100% bogus once you order product will never come in and once you cancel you will lose contact and will NOT get a refund unless you dispute your credit card. Do not order from here.
