Dishonest and Unprofessional Service

Shorten this message to 400 symbols:
on July 29 for a bouquet to be delivered on September 6 before 10:30 AM for a christening. The order included clear, written instructions with the church address, recipient’s phone number, and delivery deadline. The florist ignored every detail. At 12:30 PM, after the ceremony had ended, they simply abandoned the flowers with no recipient present, no confirmation, no delivery attempt, and no attached message. Despite this, they falsely marked the order as delivered.

This is not a mistake. It is a deliberate misrepresentation of services. Accepting payment and then failing to perform the contracted delivery, while issuing a false delivery confirmation, falls under fraud. I have documented proof and witnesses. No one should pay for dishonesty. If you value reliability, accountability, and basic professionalism, avoid this company.

So disappointing

So disappointing. Ordered flowers for a friends birthday and I spent time choosing the colours for her home. The bunch of flowers were nothing like the photo!!!! I chose a mixed bunch of different flowers with greenery and got just roses in red, white and pink. Really, I could have done that myself!?!
Why have photos to pick from if you get what ever fleur et fleur want to send.
Very disappointing!!! I wish I could add photos of the two, my choice and what was delivered. 😕😟🙁

A total scam disgusting company

A total scam
Order some flower for my mum funeral.
Received an email to confirm that the goods were delivered.
Unfortunately after contacting the family I was told that nothing was delivered.
Not only the sadness of loosing my mum but founding that some low life people taking advantage of affected people is absolutely disgusting

Order was delivered several days late

Order was delivered several days late. It is NOT a florist. It acts as an intermediary for some flower warehouse. They don't really control delivery and cannot or will not tell you much if the order does not arrive. Nor did they take responsibility for sorting it out. Their emails responses to queries were curt and unhelpful. They did not offer an apology for the poor service. Eventually the flowers arrived -beautiful- which was frankly a miracle. Order straight from a florist if you can.

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. Flowers that arrived were an embarrassing tiny bunch, no resembelence to the ones advertised at all, lacking in quality, quantity and colour. I requested a refund and nothing has been received. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I resend the phone number of the receiver till now no action was taken from your side knowing that i paid the amount and no flower received

Scandelous. Une Honte

A disaster from the start.

Flowers attempted delivery to the wrong address, no response for 3 days to repeated emails requesting an explanation.

Finally delivered a sad and tired looking excuse for a bouquet which bore no resemblence to what was advertised.

Non-existent service, rotten attitude and deceptive, disgraceful product.

These flowers were ordered online via a reputable company, based on an advertised picture of the bouquet that was expected to be delivered.
They emailed me a confirmation of succesful delivery on the following day. This was false.
My sister (the recipient) confirmed that no flowers had been delivered.
I sent multiple emails to the florist asking for an explanation, to which there was NO response.
Finally, the bouquet was delivered 3 days later.
It was an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to myself and to my sister. It bore no resemblance to the advertised product, and was more dead than alive when it was finally delivered (see attached pictures and correspondence)
The florist claimed that they could not reach my sister on her phone which may have been true, but they should then have contacted myself or the online company (FleurEtFleurs) responsible for managing the order. They did neither. Nor did they respond to my emails requesting an explanation as to why these flowers had not been delivered, claiming that they could not because the company was closed over week-ends (a florist delivery service closed on week-ends? what does that mean?)
The florist business is a very particular one precisely because the delivery date is absolutely essential, and because flowers perish very quickly it is essential that they be fresh.
When this bouquet was finally delivered 3 days late, it was simply an embrarrasment. A half dead mess that bore no resemblence to the original bouquet as advertised online (please see the photos attached). I was mortified. This was supposed to be a bouquet to charm and delight my sister on her birthday. Instead it looked like a sick joke.
The self-righteous and inflexible attitude of the company merely added insult to injury. Had the bouquet not been such a disgrace, or if FleurEtFleurs had make some kind of apology or restitution - even a partial refund which I suggested in my corresponence with them - then I would have not published this on Trust Pilot.

Their entire case is based on the fact that my sister, who is an elderly lady, and rather technically challenged, did not respond to sms messages left on her phone.

Finalement livré une excuse triste et fatiguée pour un bouquet qui ne ressemblait en rien à ce qui était annoncé.

Service inexistant, attitude pourrie et produit trompeur et honteux

Ces fleurs ont été commandées en ligne via une entreprise réputée, sur la base d'une photo annoncée du bouquet qui devait être livré.
Ils m'ont envoyé par e-mail une confirmation de livraison réussie le lendemain. C'était faux.
Ma sœur (la destinataire) a confirmé qu'aucune fleur n'avait été livrée.
J'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails au fleuriste pour lui demander une explication, auxquels il n'y a eu AUCUNE réponse.
Finalement, le bouquet a été livré 3 jours plus tard.
C'était une honte absolue et un embarras pour moi et pour ma sœur. Il ne ressemblait en rien au produit annoncé et était plus mort que vivant lorsqu'il a finalement été livré (voir photos et correspondance ci-jointes).
Le fleuriste a affirmé ne pas pouvoir joindre ma sœur sur son téléphone, ce qui était peut-être vrai, mais il aurait alors dû me contacter ou contacter la société en ligne (FleurEtFleurs) chargée de gérer la commande. Ils n’ont fait ni l’un ni l’autre. Ils n'ont pas non plus répondu à mes courriels demandant des explications sur la raison pour laquelle ces fleurs n'avaient pas été livrées, affirmant qu'ils ne le pouvaient pas parce que l'entreprise était fermée le week-end (un service de livraison par un fleuriste fermé le week-end ? qu'est-ce que cela signifie ? )
Le métier de fleuriste est un métier très particulier justement parce que la date de livraison est absolument essentielle, et parce que les fleurs périssent très vite il est essentiel qu'elles soient fraîches.
Lorsque ce bouquet a finalement été livré avec 3 jours de delai, ce fut tout simplement un embarras. Un gâchis à moitié mort qui ne ressemblait en rien au bouquet original annoncé en ligne (veuillez voir les photos ci-jointes). J'étais mortifié. C'était censé être un bouquet pour charmer et ravir ma sœur le jour de son anniversaire. Au lieu de cela, cela ressemblait à une mauvaise blague.
L’attitude bien-pensante et inflexible de l’entreprise n’a fait qu’ajouter l’insulte à l’injure.
