This is a BIG SCAM!! I purchased a set of main and connecting rod ACL bearings in December 2022, and they never shipped the order. They replied emails for the first 3 months saying that "your order is on back-order" and suddenly they stopped replying emails. They never shipped the parts or refunded the money.

Total scam. Don’t do business with Dana Port

Same story they told me for weeks my order will be shipped next week. After 60 days so visa wont get my money back. I lost $600. They wont reply after agreeing to refund my money.

Ordered a termination x max n wiring harness back in Sept have received nothing but lies saying its been shipped out next day all lies took 1799 dollars off my visa now disputing it

I ordered tires in Jan 2023. Sent 15 emails with 7 of them saying they are updating the warehouse and I would have tracking info within 48 hours. No response since then. I have left voice mails with unreturned calls.
I have filed with the FTC, BBB and sent complaints to news stations
I would not recommend this company to anyone

This "company" is a scam! Purchased an $800 item back in OCTOBER 2022 and paid for it using Affirm. Part never came; they kept giving me the runaround that the part was on backorder. Finally, after MONTHS of Danaport saying it was on backorder, I cancelled my order. They said they will cancel. No refund on my Affirm account. Reached out to Danaport numerous times about the refund ... no refund yet. Fighting with Affirm to take this charge off my account. Still no word yet from Affirm. DO NOT USE DANAPORT!!!!!!!

This f****r is a joke, spent $80 bucks on a edge throttle booster and the same as everyone else, got the run around on my parts shipping and return of my money. I know $80 isn't as much as what some of these people have spent with this guy it's just the fact he took money that wasn't his. I hope this guy gets caught and has the s**t beat out of him.

This company Is BS. The Rat that owns the company needs to be stoned to death. Ordered ARB diff cover. Kept getting the run around for 6mths. Can't believe I fell for it. Now don't get any responses via Email. Phone# is BS. Working on getting money back now thru credit card company. This person keeps messing with people somebody is going to take them out legally or physically. Don't order nothing from Danaport you will just get frustrated and no product Just plain ripped off.AKA SCAMMED. Lesson learned for me. I hope this punk MFer gets what's coming to them.

DO NOT order from this company. Ordered a carburetor, they kept saying 24-48 for shipping. Then warehouse updating. After reading fine print, I realized I needed to cancel the order before 30 days, or we were screwed. Canceled order was told 5 to 7 business days for refund (3/6/23). After 7 days, I asked for the accounting person in charge of my refund. No response at all. Bank is now handling the fraud charges. FAKE company!!!

Paid for parts may 2022 blew me off telling me weekly parts will be shipped SCAM COMPANY THEY DON'T SELL PARTS FAKE WEBSITE .BALLLESS COWARD IN CHARGE

Can't give zero stars.. And awe crap after reading reviews I guess my $473.98 is history. How can they keep getting away with this . Can't we report these criminals to anyone BBB? FBI, President Biden?? No ,nevermind him,he's a big part of why they get away with it. Anyone wanna chip in on Attorney ?Or at least go with me to confront face to face. Cause that's going to happen SOON. THIS SPRING. I read farther into reviews and now editing..this is unbelievable,everyone same story,I am sick to my stomach that this is allowed to happen and then to let it go on and on. Somebody needs to put a stop to this fake company. And torture is too good for these SLIMEY RATS. I'm seriously about to hunt them down.

He ripped me off for 170 dollars in parts for a customers truck and keeps feeding me b.s thw there's manufacturing delays etc!!!! I'm going to string his ass up by the nuts if I figure out who he is

I got jacked around for months on some tires that Mickey Thompson hasn't made since 2021. Telling me they would be shipped from the manufacturer (MT) never to be made or shipped! I had to contact customer service at MT to find out Dana Port is not a licensed distributer of theirs to get a refund immediately. I had to take it up with my credit card company because I got nothing from Dana Port. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered item, it was about 50 bucks cheaper than all other websites, website looked super legit, 3 months later after exuse after excuse, I ask for a refund, the accounting dept is working on it, what a joke, I went to The BBB website, over 200+ complaints, this company has never shipped ANYTHING to ANYBODY, I am in process with the credit union to get my $554.36 back. SCAM
