Problems finally resolved with Karol's help

We have had issues with aspects of our phone system, and had trouble resolving them with any individual within Daisy Group.

Then a representative of Daisy, Karol Proszowski got involved, and his ownership and determination to rectify matters to our satisfaction, was outstanding. Everything has now been sorted.

Awful customer service and loads of hidden fees.

- Very rude telephone line 😡
- Full of hidden charges you will will face, after starting the contract,
- they don’t provide you a written contract, force you to do accept the contract verbally over the phone and then you will slowly notice what has happened to you but it’s late .

They are literally a scam, don't trust them in your business.

My business is a pharmacy and had been…

My business is a pharmacy and had been with this company for many years previously XLN. They started charging me £350 per month as they said i was out of contract so i git a new contract and they still charged me £350 cause they said we wasnt live yet. For 3 months we paid £350 more and now they said we are live and disconnected our servises because they want another £280 for something else. They swiched our internet off, we are a pharmacy and they have and so many patients prescriptions did not come because its all electronic. The team leaser named D B was extremely rude to me and kept saying he could not here me but the call was recorded.
I now have complained to the ombudsman and will be going to take the company to court with statements from all my patients who did not get their medication because of this company
This is a horrible company please do not get any service from them

After initially spending a very…

After initially spending a very unsuccessful 40 minutes on hold on the XLN telephone helpline I was given the direct number for their technical team as our telephones were not working after a phone line / Wi-Fi and hardware upgrade. I spoke to Jack and he was fabulous in sorting our very frustrating issue out (we have been without telephones for a week!)
XLN / Daisy need more Jack’s in their business. Thanks for your patience and understanding Jack.
