This is one of the most incompetent and misleading companies we have dealt with. The service is completely unfit for purpose—unreliable phone lines, ongoing issues, and agents who repeatedly provide incorrect information with confidence.
At one stage, three different agents all confirmed the same incorrect contract termination date. That’s not a minor mistake—it shows a serious lack of due diligence and basic internal communication.
From the outset, we were misled. What was promised during the sales process is nowhere near what was actually delivered. When issues arise, there is little accountability and no meaningful resolution.
As a direct result, our business has suffered significant financial loss and reputational damage. We were left dealing with frustrated customers due to their failings and ultimately had to switch providers and change our phone number entirely—an expensive and avoidable situation.
This has now been escalated with supporting evidence. If you value your business, avoid this company.
