Been meaning to write a review for a while great service and milk is always on my step and my next door neighbours all use the service very convenient. Who wants to go to the shops in winter!!
A scam - do not sign up!
I signed up thinking this would be a good option considering COVID-19. After having someone call me non-stop to get me to complete my order, money has now left my account with no actual goods delivered. I try contacting them but it’s radio silence! It’s a scam and I’m not having to go to my bank to report them as fraud. Totally not happy, avoid at all costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sadly I signed up to this app and needless to say I regret it.
My orders are always wrong, despite leaving notes our for the milkman stating full fat only and providing printed screenshot of the app order. The customer service is nonexistent, so I can't cancel orders or raise grievances.
Absolutely disgusted by this company and strong advise that everyone avoid them in the future.

Great service. I have been using this Company since they started up. I have made amendments to orders frequently. I have always received notifications of credits. Credits have been reduced on future invoices. Very happy customer.

Does what it says on the app! Relied on this service throughout lock down and helped my elderly shielding neighbours with their milk and bread deliveries.

Honestly not had an issue. Service and quality of goods has been excellent with great customer service. Everything for me was catered for and it’s all has been going smoothly since I joined up 6 months ago and will be staying for many more.
Charged £95+ for £15 of items.
A complete shambles.
Placed an order in April, received comms on the app to say that things were slower than usual due to a high volume of new customers. Weeks passed, no deliveries. Fair enough, given the circumstances (lockdown).
I then suddenly started receiving orders in June (which actually coincided with Dairydrop changing supplier). I then found out that I'd been charged for the whole of April and May (despite receiving nothing), so I contacted Dairydrop to find out what had happened.
I was treated absolutely horribly over the phone, as if I were stupid for not reporting the fact that I'd not received anything in May (when I'd simply thought that they had a backlog and hadn't started my orders) and trying to unfairly get a refund.
The Dairydrop employee I spoke to was incredibly condescending and suggested that we 'cut ties' and that a partial refund would be 'more than fair' - not the case, given that I'd still paid for £50 worth of items I'd never received. I requested my personal data and all information that had been sent to the supplier(s), as per the GDPR. The call ended when he hung up on me.
Then I received an email saying that my data had been deleted! Absolutely unacceptable and illegal.
Update (23rd June). I received a call (not sure how this is even possible, given that they claimed yesterday to have deleted my data) from someone claiming to be from their 'legal department', threatening to have started legal proceedings against me (oh, and they read out my address - again, not sure how they still have this information) because of this 'disgusting review'. Once again, incredibly condescending, requesting that I look up the definitions of 'libel and slander'.
"Slander is defamation of a person through a transient form of communication, generally speech" and "Libel is defamation of a person through a permanent form of communication, mostly the written word". I've done neither.

DAIRY DROP ARE A SCAM!
DAIRY DROP ARE A SCAM!! Used them for a couple of months, rarely were the orders correct so we cancelled. Followed their cancellation policy, gave correct notice. Seemed all nicey nice, assured wouldn't take any more money. Yet they did. Now backtracking on all the conversations, claiming we didn't cancel, and now threatening a collection agency !!!!! They took MY money for a product/service that was not provided!! ABSOLUTE SCAM, DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!
UPDATE: Shortly after this review was submitted, I received an email from the company stating that they have instructed their solicitor to start legal proceedings against me based on this slanderous review. Unfortunately my review is all factual. I cancelled the service, they continued to take the money :( It isn't right that you can't leave an honest review without being threatened with legal action for "slander".
Shame on the owner
The owner of the busines pretended to be local in our Facebook group and recommended we use this new service called Dairy Drop - like he did not even own it. He suggested we did not use our local plastic free small business supplier to support his non local business. Appalling.

Very disgusting as scam !!!took my moneys out of my bank and had delivery once time that it !! Took money for 4 or five weeks for direct debit. I tried to cancel on app but no response fake email and phone so I contacted my bank to put them faurd as scam .please think again to use dailydrop for milk because just scam and thive moneys.
